CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THEN DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.

This copy contains IconKana ("Software"). "Software" includes any upgrades, modified versions, updates, additions and copies of the Software. "You" means the person or company who is being licensed to use the Software. "We" and "us" means Starsand Company. We hereby grant you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use one copy of Iconkana on any single computer, provided the Software is in use on only one computer at any time and only for licensee's private use. The Software is "in use" on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (RAM) or installed into the permanent memory of a computer, for example, a hard disk, CD-ROM or other storage device.

This license is not for sale. We remain the owner of all rights, title, and interest in the Software and Documentation.

You may make one copy of the IconKana Software for use on a single computer only.

You may not:

1. copy the Software except as provided above,
2. modify or adapt the Software or merge it into another program,
3. reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or make any attempt to discover the source code of this Software,
4. place the Software onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet, or
5. sublicense, rent, lease, lend, trade, or distribute any portion of the Software or Documentation.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from IconKana.

Neither the author nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this program shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, lost profits, business interruption or loss of information arising out of its use.
