Divan Women's Club served Ashure at Duke University
As a result of the collaborative work, DWC shared Ashure
(Noah's Pudding) with the Duke community on Jan
23rd, 2009.
Some cooked, some organized and some were at Duke in
front of the beautiful Chapel, the heart of the campus, to serve Ashure.
The dessert Ashure received
lots of interest from the students, faculty and staff, as approximately
200 cups were distributed in an hour.
