Important Reminders for Managers

• The winning manager must report scores and pitching info for BOTH teams within 24 hours.
• Remember you MUST contact the other manager and email muraco@mvsmailers.com ASAP but no later than 2 Hours prior to game time on any RAIN Cancellations.

• Once the schedule is published and you wish to change a game for non - rain purposes the below procedure MUST be followed:

• Games must be changed and approved by the league no later than 48 hours prior to original game scheduled date and time. 
• You must coordinate any changes with the opposing manager to come up with an agreed upon new game time/date to play your game.
• Notification to the league by both teams must occur no later than 48 hours unless your league will be responsible for the full payment of the umpire fees and your team will be given a forfeit.
• It is the team that is making the game change request responsibility to notify the league no later than 48 hours unless that team/league will pay the full umpires fee & get a forfeit.
