The entire event comprising the following special moments will be captured on 2 DVD's by a very professional agency. - Keynote Speech - 4 Educational Sessions - Evaluation and Humorous Speech Contest - Contest Interviews - Awards - District leaders address - Event Slide-show Clubs who book the above DVD set (latest by 20th November 2009 only) will be given a special price of INR 350 per set. This includes domestic postage costs. International shipping costs differential will be charged at actuals, if significantly higher. To order, just fill up, this form Undermentioned is an attempt, to answer your obvious queries: A - Is this correctly priced. Price is computed to recover the Videographer / Photographer charges for the two day event, 2 DVD media and copying charges. Total cost is expected to be 30000. For couriering the 100 sets expected to be sold - the cost could be another 5000. B - A couple of clubs may buy one set and make copies themselves - surely the cost for them will be lesser in that case We request each club to buy one set from us. We want to show that this best practice can work and we need support of all club presidents. Each club can afford INR 350 - i.e, less than 17/- per club member. This will provide the club to show all its future members, the contest quality and enthuse members to higher performance. Members will also be able to see the immense benefits of travelling to a toastmster conference. C - By when can we expect the Event DVD to be delivered The first Event DVDs will be produced by 30th November. It shall take 2 weeks at most to make copies and ship the DVD. Latest by 20th december, all the DVD's would have reached the clubs. Since the entire effort has been sub-contracted to professional agency - delays are not expected. D - How Can clubs pay for the Event DVD Each Club is requested to fill http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dF9pTUMzaHA1NEhnNXdHdERaYS1PSFE6MA. Details of who will pay the money for the DVD set being ordered can be updated in the form. Clubs can also pay through their Area / Division Governor. Money can be paid on the Registration desk at Reverberations. Orders not paid for are liable to be cancelled and DVD's will be provided only if stock is available. E - How many DVD's are the organizers going to sell We plan to sell one DVD set to each club. If we get a very good response - we may even reduce the price. Reverberations 2009 committee is essentially interested in recovering the cost of the event coverage and ensure that each and every toastmaster gets to see the contest. We sincerely believe that this shall enhance speech qualities and be of real benefit to each current and future member. F - Does the response to FAQ E mean that a member cannot buy a personal copy There is no restriction on individuals to order personal copies. All accepted orders duly paid for will be honored. Reverberations 2009 committee will give preference to a copy being delivered to a Club rather than to a single person, if there are limited copies.
