The Title One Program services a range of diverse learners with the goals to develop positive attitudes toward reading,  provide individualize reading instruction, continually assess the student's individual progress, increase reading skills by using various methods, involve students in independent reading at school and at home, offer a variety of reading materials, and provide parents with information and activities to encourage reading at home.
