Q 1: Why rent a vacation home directly from the owner instead of a hotel? A: You will receive a personal service. Our villa can be cheaper than a hotel, and almost cheaper than booking through a travel agent. Unlike a hotel, you will have your own private swimming pool, kitchen, lounge, and many extra comforts free of charge. You can enjoy the luxury without tipping.
Q 2: Is the house better value than a hotel?
A: Disney hotels can be very expensive, for less than the price of one tiny hotel room, you can enjoy the luxury of our vacation home with your own private pool. The rate for our home is for the whole villa, not per person. In additional to the well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, your own fully equipped kitchen, your own private pool and spa in a fenced backyard with your own total privacy. There are also LCD TVs, DVD/VCR, Internet, game console and many more. Our local management company has also produced an information pack to assist you during your stay in our villa. Q 3: Where is it located?
A: It is located on the established, quiet residential community of Silver Creek at Clermont, Florida.

A: Yes. A car is necessary. There are spaces for two cars on the driveway.
Q 5: What is not included in the rental price?
A: It includes everything, except pool heating or Electric BBQ grill charges, which is optional.
Q 6: Do I need to book whole weeks or can I book by days?
A: You are welcome to book for any duration, the cost will be calculated by daily rate. However, for booking of 6 nights or less, it will incur cleaning surcharge of $90.
Q 7: How many people does the villa sleep?
A: There are two master suites with en-suite bathroom, one with a king bed, another with a queen bed. The villa features five bedrooms with one king size bed, one queen size bed, one full size bed, four twin size beds, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
Q 8: How far is it from local attractions?
A: Disney is only about 7.5 miles away but Disney is actually 47 square miles in size. So it depends which park you are going to. The entrance is about 10 minutes away. Universal Studio is 20 miles - approximately 25/30 minutes. Sea World is approximately 15 miles - about 20/25 minutes. The Orlando Convention Center is approximately 25 minutes. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes. Orlando Sanford Airport is approximately 45 minutes. Tampa Airport is about 1 hour 10 minutes. Miami Airport is about 3 hours 45 minutes.
A: Golfers staying at Silver Creek are well served by the following courses which are all less than 5 miles away.
Highlands Reserve: Set atop one of the highest areas in the region, Highlands Reserve is not your typical Florida golf course. This championship design by Mike Dasher gives you tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees dotting the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers with water coming into play on just one hole. A: Just yourselves and your personal belongings. Our villa is completely furnished and equipped with bed linens, towels, all kitchen utensils including cups, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and bake ware. There should be a hair dryer in each bathroom. We also provide an iron and an ironing board. In fact, we have tried to include as much as possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible - your home away from home. The house will have a basic supply of guest soap, toilet paper/napkins, and a garbage bag on your arrival. However replacement of these items is your responsibility during your stay.
A: Yes. You can make unlimited local and local distance calls within continental US and Canada for free..
A: Nowadays Internet access is a must. Our villa is equipped with high speed internet access with WIFI, All you need is to bring a laptop.
A: We don't forget about your baby, and would like make holiday/vacation as pleasant as possible. Our villa has a baby play yard, a high chair, and a stroller for your use at no additional charge.
A: Once final payment and signed rental agreement have been received, we will email you some useful information including the access code to our home.
A: The pool can be heated for an additional charge. This is usually recommended between months of October and May.
A: For your child's safety, pool is fenced to prevent children from accessing the pool area without adult supervision. Regardless, children should never be allowed in the pool area without an adult being around.
A: All vacation homes are 'self-catering'. Prior to arrival the house will have been professionally cleaned with clean bed linen put on the beds and clean towels in the bathrooms. The home also provide a washer, a dryer, dish washer, vacuum, brushes, mop etc. If you wish, our local management company will be pleased to arrange a clean for an additional fee. The lawn and pool are taken care by a professional weekly. For any queries, our local management company is always there to help.
Q 18: Can we have maid service? A: The villa will have been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, and after your departure. However a maid service can be arranged by request for an additional small charge, $20 to $60 depend on if sheet cleaning is needed.
A: Yes, a welcome basket is available for a fee. The regular welcome basket costs $40 which includes bread, spring water, soda, coffee (regular), coffee filters, tea, sugar, creamer, dry milk, cookies, and crackers. The VIP welcome basket costs $55 which includes all regular basket plus beer and wine. Q 20: Can we call Property Manager?
A: Yes, if you can call Property Manager if service is necessitated by malfunction or non-function of property facilities or equipment, e.g. water leakage, blocked plumbing, etc. Charge ($20 per trip for the stay less than one hour) will be imposed only if service is requested due to Renter's oversight or improper use. A: For the comfort of all guests, pets are NOT permitted in the villa. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, however you may smoke outside the villa in the pool area.
A: At the entrance of the community, you will find Winn Dixie Supermarket, post office, bank, hair dresser, and a pizza place. Drive half a mile north on Rt 27, you will find CVS, Walgreens, and game shop for video game rentals for we have a GameCube in our villa. Wal-mart super center is about half mile south on Rt 27. You can pretty much buy anything you need within 5 minute drive.
Q 23: Are there any restaurants close by?
A: Close by are Hungry Howie's Pizza, McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dennys, Poderosa, Sizzlers, Chilli's and Grand Corral. There is a town center with a variety of restaurants.
A: A walk-in medical center is located 5 minutes away in the Formosa Garden Shopping Center, along Rt 192.
A: $300 (additional $100 per week for stays longer than one week) refundable security deposit is required to make reservation. The security deposit covers breakages, inventory, damage, excessive utility charges, or if the house is left in an exceptionally poor state of cleanliness (e.g. stains on carpet, marks on wall etc) when extra cleaning is required. This will be refunded by mail within one month after departure.
A: If you would like to book our vacation home, please inquire about our availability. Bookings may only be made by an adult aged 21 years or over. Only the people named on the booking form are permitted to stay in the house. Florida State Law prohibits subletting, sharing or assigning. Any people not shown on the booking form will be asked to leave by our Property Management. Click here for booking instructions.
A: We have an excellent local management team on call 24hrs a day in case of emergencies.
A: Yes, We have a high power electric BBQ grill, you need to pay a small extra charge, $45 / week. It is locked and located in garage. You have to move it to the Lanai area to use it. Please don't expose it to sky (rain will damage the electric BBQ). After use, please clean it, empty the grease can, put the temperature control back under the cover, lock the BBQ with chain and lock, and move it back to the garage (please be careful not to stain the carpet during moving).
A: Yes, you can pay by credit card via Paypal. But when you pay deposit or rent by credit card via Paypal, Paypal charges you 3% service fee for using the service. A: Yes, we accept credit card via Paypal for deposit only. Note that Paypal charges you 3% (4% for oversea accounts) service fee for using the service when you pay by credit card via Paypal. However, Paypal honors a full refund without surcharge within 60 days. To take advantage of this policy, you can avoid the surcharge by sending us a check payment immediately. We will refund your Paypal payment when your payment is received and cleared by our Bank. Rent has to be paid via wire transfer, bank check, money order, or personal check (US Bank only).
