| Step 1. |
When you are ready to reserve the house, $300 refundable deposit is required for booking one week or less. Addtional $100 is required for each additional week of booking. To pay the deposit, click Pay Deposit. |
| Step 2. |
Once we receive the deposit, we will email you the rental agreement. Please fax or email/mail the signed rental agreement at your earliest convenience. |
| Step 3. |
Full rent is due 60 days prior to your check-in date by MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECK. If the booking is already within 60 days, full rent is due immediately. |
| Step 4. |
We will email you the confidential villa door code and check in/out instructions about 7 days prior to your check-in date. |
| Step 5. |
Deposit will be refunded to you about one week after you check out. | |
