Accounting:

• Cbtracker - A personal checkbook tracking application written using lazarus . It is distributed as a Linux ELF executable . Seems pretty good . I've been using it to track misc expenditure . It is distributed under the GPL . I did nit see any sources though .. Worth a try .
• pycheckbook - A simple bare bones checkbook application written in python . Saves data in quicken format . runs smoothly but lacks many essential features like reporting.
