Horrible grinding noise and noisy motor on our dishwasher lately. I got no where untightening the plastic screw for the washer arms per Ask.com website. Googled on my TouchPad, got wikipedia's page for fixing KitchenAide dishwashers, with step by step disassembly pics/instructions. Put my TouchPad right down there to see instructions, and used the flash on my Pre3 as a bright light to see with (lantern batteries were dying) and I got the job done! Unfortunately, the damage was already done, despite finding the screw that probably caused it (next pic).
