Este año ha sido bastante agitado. En Marzo-Abril estuve dos semanas en Bogotá, Colombia y di un par de charlas en la Universidad Nacional, Corpogen y la Universidad Distrital. Pronto colgare las presentaciones aquí.
En Abril fui a Barcelona, España, a la conferencia DNA-Proteome co-organizada por Erich Grotewold the Ohio State University and creador de AGRIS y GRASSIUS
En Junio fui a Estocolmo al ISMB/ECCB 2009, las conferenicas fueron espectaculares, y muchas fueron micro-blogueadas en Friend Feed
En unos días viajo a Texcoc, México, donde junto con colegas de otras instituciones en Alemania y México, daremos un curso de bioinformática que durará semana y media. Curso Internacional de Bioinformática. Aplicaciones a la Genómica y Proteómica - 25 de mayo al 2 de junio de 2009, Colegio de Postgraduados. El curso es teórico-practico, aquí está el tutorial de las sesiones prácticas que voy a guiar.

From September 9th to 12th I attended the German Conference on Bioinformatics in the beautiful city of Dresden. Here are some highlights of the conference.
