The shoutbox gadget we had on the site has been discontinued (at least the free version has), and so until we can find a suitable replacement we will be without such a facility. On the plus side, this has elevated our Twitter feed so that it's more visible. With more of you Twittering, this may in fact be a suitable alternative. Just bear in mind it's a family site!
