At the Committee/EGM on Monday, Chairman Jason Harries outlined the reason for the EGM, stating that it was really a positive reflection on where the club is at that we needed to discuss costs due to the success of gaining admission to the G&MCL.

As a result of the discussion of proposals put forward, some amendments were made, and it was unanimously agreed that match fees for all Saturday sides should be raised to £6.

The situation regarding match fees for 2012 is therefore as follows:

• ALL Saturday league matches: £6 seniors, £4 youth & unwaged

• Midweek games: £3 seniors, £2 youth and unwaged

• Sundays: £5 seniors, £4 youth & unwaged

The proposal for the discount available for bringing in new VP’s was agreed. It was clarified that this applied only to NEW VP’s donating for the first time.This was passed unanimously. This does NOT apply to juniors. The offer is, that any player who brings a new VP donating £50 or more to the club, will get £15 off their 2012 membership sub. If they manage two bring 2 new VP's in each donating at least £50, they will get a £25 discount against their 2012 subscription. The offer is capped at 2 VP's
