Dinas Powys sits on the western side of Cardiff in the Vale of Glamorgan. In 2012 the club 1st & 2nd XI's will be playing in Division the respective 3rd Divisions of the Glamorgan & Monmouthshire Cricket League, whilst the 3rd XI will be playing in Division 2 of the Alliance in the Welsh Club Cricket Conference.

DIRECTIONS

Our main league ground for 1st & 2nd XI fixtures is Parc Bryn y Don, whilst 3rd XI, friendly and midweek matches take place on Dinas Powys common, just 10 minutes walk from Dinas Powys train station up towards the common. Look for the two BLUE markers on this map to find out where we play. 


Driving to Parc Bryn y Don (WCCC League matches)
From Cardiff and the East
Drive through Dinas Powys on the A4055 heading towards Barry. After crossing the railway and leaving Dinas Powys, the entrance to Parc Bryn y Don will be on your right as you leave the village. The cricket ground is behind the football field and skate park.

From Barry and the West
From the McDonalds roundabout take the A4055 heading towards Dinas Powys. Shortly after entering the 30mph zone you will see the entrance to Parc Bryn y Don on your left. The cricket ground is behind the football field and skate park.

Driving to the Common (Friendlies and Midweek games)
The Athletic club postcode is CF64 4DL. It is reached via a single track road from the old village. 
Coming from Cardiff turn right just before crossing the railway bridge.
Coming from Barry turn left just after crossing the railway bridge.
Then take the first turn on the left (sharp left), which takes you onto the common. Follow this road all the way to the club.
Alternatively, there is parking on St Andrew's road adjacent to the common, but we advise you to park out of six hitting distance!
