Digitex-U Sports was created in June 2007 and established as an official webcasting network on August 1st, 2007.  The mission of Digitex-U is to highlight the biggest and best in high school athletics in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia area, giving a "big game" and "big event" feel to an area of sports that is often overlooked for college and pro coverage. 

We record video at the events and then edit them into highlight packages.  We then put the packages onto our main site and our blog website (www.digitexu.blogspot.com).

Along with these highlight packages, we also conduct player and coach interviews, take many photos, and write articles on the games and players as well.  We give each Digitex-U Game of the Week the gold treatment, and for that week, the teams and athletes involved have the spotlight in Philadelphia.

We also enjoy an interactive element here at Digitex-U Sports by showcasing the fans, bands, cheerleaders and others who attend these games.   Our first program, Digitex-U Open Field, is truly the show where the fans become the stars.  This show, along with other great interactive experiences that we have with those in attendance at the games are placed in the Digitex-U Fan Valley. 

We look to add many more shows and features to our network as we grow, and we invite you to join us for not only the ride, but also for the revolution in Philadelphia high school athletics.
