Step 1: Go to the latest episode of Diggnation.

Step 2: Copy the url of the MP3 version.

 

Step 3: Substitute the "high.mp3" at the end of the url with one of the following:

• large.h264.mov
• small.m4v
• large.theora.ogg
• small.theora.ogg
  
• large.wmv
• small.wmv
• large.xvid.avi
• small.xvid.avi

Now you should have a legit url to be able to download the latest episode of Diggnation.
