  • GETTING EXCITED IN DENVER Now that Manning will be coming to Denver, it stirred interest in the DFL franchise there. First the team is renaming the team to the ROCKY MOUNTAIN RAMS with new logo and colors. I'm not very good at using paint so the colors won't show up yet. The colors will be blue/yellow/red/green.  Next step is evaluating the roster and with Cam Newton coming in to challenge Bradford this season and with Andrew Luck coming in next year trades are in the forecast. Weaknesses are evident across the board as the Rams had the worst record in the league last year and therefore can draft Luck. The running game will be divided among Peyton Hillis, Darren ...

  • Virginia Seeks New QB Having moved the old Missouri Franchise to the fine state of Virginia, Patriot owner Scott Lamberson, is looking to move QB Mike Vick for a young franchise QB. Depending on the QB, any player or group of players and picks are open for trade. The Patriots’ goal is to be competitive in every game and build for the playoffs. The team is solid at most positions with an abundance of WRs, but needs an upgrade at TE, another LB, and CB. The Patriots look forward to the upcoming season and the competition it will bring.-- SCOTT LAMBERSON

  • East Rutherford Titans 2011 Season in Review Picked to finish in the middle of the pack, the East Rutherford Titans surprised many with an 11-win season and the #1 seed going into the playoffs. The Titans started the season with a lackluster performance at Acme, and figured to be the .500 team many thought they were.  However, the Titans pulled off 6 wins in a row behind QB Josh Freeman's efficient handling of the offense, and RB Ahmad Rashad's running through opponents.   CHAD GREENWAYUnfortunately, East Rutherford folowed up the win streak with a 4-game losing streak before righting the ship and finishing the year with 5 straight wins.  The real star of the Titans was their defense, which was second in the ...

  • The 'SITUATION' at the New Jersey Shore One year ago, Kris Rojack, a young brash owner from the East Coast known for his bold moves and unorthodox style, emptied his wallet and bought the Chicago Bears, fresh off of a Diesel Bowl appearance. Coach Rojack, best known for taking over a 1-15 San Francisco franchise in the SFC League and turning them into SuperBowl contenders in 2 short years, immediatly moved the franchise from the snow and cold of Chicago to the sunny beaches of the Jersey Shore.  Coach Rojack was poised to finish the job that former ownership could not, and bring home a title.  But thats not what happened.......  JERSEY QB CUTLER 'AT THE SHORE'Coach Rojack should have known it was going to ...

  • Kutztown Looks Back the past dfl season was one of frustations and joy..the belchers on paper could contend for the title and could stink out the joint...they opened the season taking pre season favorite missouri to the brink only to lose 24-20 in the final minutes....from there and the remainder of the season it was lose one and win one...when kutztown topped pawcatuck a second time in a 38-35 shootout, the belchers moved to 6-4 and poised for something big. then mohave controlled the showdown with kutztown for an easy 26-20 verdict as they opened up a 19 point cushion 26-7 before a late comeback falls short..they followed up with needed wins over ...

  • Aces Unveil Master Plan + New Logo As the new The Philadelphia Aces GM, I plan to bring an aggressive “old-style” of football into the league. Not to say style I don’t enjoy the all-out passing style of the last decade, however, I still feel like defense wins championships. With that being said, I have my work cut out from me to understand the rating “system” of the league.  I have been playing computer sports games for over 25 years. Starting with baseball, hockey and football Strat-o-matic games this is my first endeavor into a different “sports” game. In addition, the salary-cap structure will be a new and exciting feature for me.After reviewing the current teams’ roster, I believe that ...
