The Interruption Performance

This performance consists of a musician (Axel Dörner) playing a composition and a performer (Diego Chamy) seated among the audience interrupting the concert recurrently. Each time the musician is interrupted, he stops playing and starts the piece again from the beginning. The action is repeated five times, until the musician "gives up" and walks off the stage.

The performance was billed as a solo concert, with Dörner playing his own composition ("Clinamen," for trumpet solo). Chamy's name did not appear on the program and the action was perceived as spontaneous.
