The "Speak Aloud" performance consisted of a well-known musician playing music while a computer-generated voice speaks about him, his career and his music. In "Speak Aloud 2" there is no musician. I'm alone on stage, and therefore the text that the computer reads supposedly speaks about me. Among other things, the piece explores the way discourses influence our expectations and perceptions in general.
