Random Piece

by Diego Chamy.

This is a small theater piece. One actor (Axel Dörner) plays a performer who is asked to write a music score randomly, rolling a dice and writing the notes according to what the dice says. When the score is done, he should play this randomly-written piece. The performer stands up, gets ready to play the piece, but when he's about to play he refuses to play it and instead he plays a song. When he finishes, the second actor (Diego Chamy), who plays the role of the composer, accuses the performer for refusing playing the piece the way is written down. They engage in an argument. The audience can't completely understand whether this argument is real or acted and they might get involved in the argument too. The consequences go beyond the piece (not in the video).
