The reception will begin at 5:00 with appetizers and an open bar. At about 5:15 there will be a Chinese Lion Dance performance by AMAS. This involves dancers in costume and live music. The kids in the audience will love it! Zach and Jon used to perform with this group back in graduate school days, so many of the performers are friends and it is a special treat to have them. Dinner will be served after the Lion Dance performance, at 6:00.

The reception hall has downstairs and upstairs rooms. We'll mostly be in the downstairs room, where there will be food, open bar, and a DJ playing music during dinner and for dancing afterward. The upstairs room will be quieter --- no music --- so it will be perfect for folks who want to have a quiet conversation, or for the little kids to play around without getting underfoot.

There will be a full moon, rising at 9:38. If you can stick around to that point in the evening, it should be very special. (Of course, we have to hope the weather will cooperate --- no overcast!)

On Sunday, there will be brunch. Everyone is invited! It will be at Island Park in Ann Arbor (map, map). We will have food from 8:30am to noon. Please drop in at whatever time you like. We hope this will be convenient for those who have to head to the airport on Sunday, as well as those who would rather sleep in and join the brunch later in the morning. The food will be provided by Zingerman's Deli. There will be bagels, bread, cheese, fruits, and more. You won't want to miss it!
