Day 105: Workout Routine You can't really tell what it says but that's what I did at the gym today. It reads: Bike - 30min - 172cal Pulldown - 4 sets of 12 (@ 50lbs) Triceps Press - 5 sets of 12 (@ 55lbs) Chest Press - 5 sets of 10 (@ 25lbs) Bicep Curl - 4 sets of 12 (with 12.5lbs weights) Abdominal - 5 sets of 12 (@ 55lbs) Torso Rotation to the left - 2 sets of 16 (@ 75lbs) Torso Rotation to the right - 2 sets of 16 (@ 75lbs) Back Extension - 5 sets of 12 (@ 85lbs) Standard Laying Down Leg Lifts - 4 sets of 10 Elliptical - 18min - 140cal Treadmill - 17min - 111cal I write down my workouts every time that I go to the gym and I alternate my days between focusing on arms and focusing on legs. So today I did a cardio warm up, did my arms, did my abs and then a cardio workout. Tomorrow it'll be the same, except I'll substitute my arms for my legs. =D After
After dripping sweat, after exhausted gives way to tired, after feeling stupid on the weight machines, after the blisters on my feet, after promising to do it all again tomorrow.
