Every day we take a:
  • Multivitamin
  • Omega 3 Fatty Acid (fish oil supplements)
  • B-12 supplement
There have been a number of medical studies that conclude that there are positive health benefits derived from taking a daily multivitamin.  However, a recent medical study concluded that there were no long-term health benefits derived for a person who takes a daily multivitamin.  Until there are more medical studies performed, however, we are going to continue to take our daily multivitamin.

The fish oil supplements contain Omega 3 fatty acids which help protect the vascular system by reducing inflammation.

The B-12 supplement helps the body produce red blood cells and brain function.
