Bridge
The Bridge group meets in members homes one afternoon a month.
 
History Club

An informal group meets when the mood strikes or we have interesting topic to discuss. Contact Cindy Heckler at 740-6626 for more information


Movie-Goers

Members meet on the 4th Monday of the month to watch and discuss movies.

Reading Groups

Book Sorters
Members sort books donated to AAUW for our annual Used Book Sale in June. Sorting is done throughout the year.

Evening Book Browsers

Members read and review fiction and nonfiction selected by the group. A great opportunity to meet new members, exchange opinions, share ideas, stimulate your brain, and socialize. Group meets in members' homes the 2nd Tuesday at 7:30PM.

 

Lunch and Literature I & II

Fiction and nonfiction books are read and reviewed according to each group's interest. Members take turns preparing lunch in their own homes. Lunch and Literature I meets the 2nd Thursday and Lunch and Literature II meets the 4th Monday of the month.


Lunch and Literature III
Members read and discuss fiction and nonfiction chosen by the group -- a great way to share ideas, get acquainted with members and read those books you've been meaning to pull from the shelf. The group meets the 1st Wednesday of the month at members' homes. Each member brings a brown-bag lunch.

Great Decisions

World Cultures interest group utilizes the Great Decisions format. If you are interested in world affairs and discussion, please join us. Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of most months at 7:00PM in members'homes

Helping Girls Navigate Adolescence

HGNA plans a variety of events for parents and teenage girls.

 
Lyric Opera Subs

Occasional opera tickets are available for the Sunday matinee Lyric Opera series. .


Pri-Merry Players
Participants perform a readers theater style play from an original script written by Joyce Tumea. Audiences include our branch, other AAUW branches, and libraries. Members decide which engagement they can schedule.
