Spy Comics Presents...

Spy Comics Presents is DFG's flagship title and is the fourth series to carry the name (volume 1 ran in the early 1980's, volume 2 in the mid-1980's, volume 3, also known as SPP '96, ran in 1996).  The current incarnation (volume 4), is entitled Spy Comics Presents... began in 2006 and continues to the present.  This latest series features the return of DFG's super-team The Invincibles, led by Sir Julius Smithers (formerly the Spymaster).

Spy Comics Presents #1:

Julius Smithers forms an all-new Invincibles team in order to take down the renegade hero, Captain Nepto, following the assasination of the Prime Minister. Story and art by Dan Graves.

Spy Comics Presents #2:

Captain Nepto and the Warrior plot against Smithers and The Invincibles while our heroes attend the funeral of the Prime Minister. Plus, the surprise return of a DFG character from the past! Story by Dan Graves & Darryl Andrews, Art by Graves.  

Spy Comics Presents # 3: 

Nepto and his band of renegades plot another assasination attempt on another criminal-turned-politician.  Can the Grim Avenger, Bates and Holden, and Glow Girl stop them in time?  Story and Art by Dan Graves.   

Spy Comics Presents # 4

The Battle of the Invincibles  involves some twists and turns when an all-new Spymaster appears on the scene!  Story and Art by Dan Graves.  .

Captain Nepto Prime

An all-new series featuring single-issue stories of DFG's favourite "Defender of Peace."  These stories take place during various periods in Cap's past.  The first three issues occur during Cap's "golden-age" period (early 1980's - the time of the original series).  Featuring the talents of Darryl Andrews and Todd Abbot.

Villian ~ The Jester
Synopsis: Things get a little too casual when the Jester visits Cap at his apartment to reveal his planned Jewellery Store robbery. Additionally, the Jester challenges Nepto not to interfere with the heist or face public exposure of his secret identity. How will Nepto respond to this blackmail? By Darryl Andrews and Todd Abbot.

Villian ~ The Sea Serpent
Synopsis: Sea animals are mutating into dangerous creatures after a scientific ray-gun is stolen. Nepto must launch the Super Scientific Nepto Sub to investigate the danger.  By Darryl Andrews and Todd Abbot.
