Booking Conditions - Keep for reference

BOOKINGS Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and a £50 deposit.

PAYMENT The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.

CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £50.00 . If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The properties are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am on the day of departure.10am at Rose Cottage The last date on your booking form is your departure date.

GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying a property must not exceed the number stated without written approval.

GROUPS - We do not accept single sex groups where the majority are under 21 years. (a group being 4 or more people)

CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES The property should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.

DOGS One well behaved dog by arrangement  at Apple Cottage and 2 Rose cottage. However it should not be left alone in the property or allowed to foul the garden. Please do not allow your pet to sit on the furniture. Please remember that this is a Farming Community and your dog will need to be well behaved around other animals.

In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control (eg fire or flood etc) we will give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.

The use of accommodation, garden and grounds is entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
