The Detroit
JUG Newsletter – Release 1.1
Hello members,
The first meeting went well and there was a lot of positive
feedback. There were a few suggestions
we will be trying out at the next meeting.
If you were not able to make it to the first meeting, please give the
next one a try. If you had trouble
finding ePrize, let me know.

There are 179 members on our mailing list. I’d say about 20 of those were created by a
bot and will be deleted. Members fit
into the following areas,
- Members

- Members
interested in all things Software Engineering
- Members
seeking to network
- Members
seeking presentation experience
- Members
seeking all of the above
The goal right now is
to grow the group and our community.
Focus is being placed in the following areas,
- Organize
consistent meetings / presentations.
- Grow
membership and find member benefits.
- Keep
communication flowing with the mail list and the wiki
- Foster
member participation and development
