Prairie Meadows will be providing our sponsors with an 8' skirted table with white cloth and black skirt for both the tryout event and finalist event. Details about your exhibit include:

*The booths will be set up in the Meadows Ballroom where all of the events occur.

*Electricity is not provided.

*Please do not tape, nail, tack or otherwise fasten to ceilings, painted surfaces, columns, walls or window decorations.

*Glitter, confetti and helium balloons materials may not be used.

*You may come to the event up to two hours before show time to set up your display.

*All exhibitors will receive two complimentary tickets the tryout and finalist event.
