This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP
 

Supplies Needed:
PSPX (any version will work)
Animation shop
4 Tube(s) of choice
 

I am using the awesome artwork of Dominic Marco
you can purchase his work 

Scrapkit of choice:
I a using SassyCee Designz "Bloomin" Scrapkit
you can purchase it

Lets begin:

New image 750x450  flood fill white
Open Bloomin~SCD-frame  resize 90%
copy and paste as new layer
magic wand select inside each frame
selections modify expand by 1
selections invert
Open scpp4
copy and paste as new layer
move below frame  hit delete
selections none

Open 3 of your 4 tubes that you would like to go into the frames
click inside first frame for 1st tube
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer move below frame layer
se;ections invert hit delete
repeat this process for the next 2 frames
Open Bloomin~SCD-flower6
resize 60%
copy and paste as new layer
place between 1st and 2nd frames
(see tag for placement)

Open Bloomin SCD Border
copy and paste as new layer
move to bottom of frame

Open Bloomin bag
resize 50%  move to bottom right
Open your last tube
resize if needed
copy and paste as new layer
place to the left of frame

Open Bloomin SCD Flower5
resize if desired
copy and paste as new layer
move below your tube layer on the left
duplicate mirror
Open Bloomin SCD lady bug
resize 50%
copy and paste as new layer
move top right of frame
Open any sparkle tube you have
resize if needed and place around your tag were you like
copy merged

Open animation shop
paste as new animation

Back in PSP
move the sparkle around in different places
copy merged  paste as new animation
back in PSP move the sparkle around 1 last time around tag
copy merged and paste as new animation in shop
go up to ANIMATION and click on frame properties
change this to 20
(this is all depending on how fast you want it to go)
if happy with speed
save as GIF*
