1. There are (4) divisions as follows: 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, and 6th grade.
2. There is a play minimum per player (4) per half.
3. Tentatively the first game is scheduled for the 1st Saturday after Labor Day and home games are played at Panther stadium or the 6th grade football field. This is still under a schedule review. Schedules will not be available until late August from the League.
4. Kansas High School rules with certified officials and no weight limits.
5. All equipment will be furnished with exception of shoes, socks, supporters, and practice jerseys. We take pride in our equipment and we expect that all players will act responsibly with these items as it is very expensive to replace
6. All players will be REQUIRED to participate in a fundraising project. This is a very important part of our program, as we use these funds to reduce the cost to you.
7. You are encouraged to carry your own medical insurance as Derby Junior Football does not cover player injury.
8. Scholarships are available under USD 260 guidelines.
9. Camp fees are already included in your registration fees
10. The DJF camp on July 27th - 30th is used as a recruitment tool for team coaches. Each coach will evaluate all players at the camp and will conduct a draft on July 29th.  The last day of camp, July 30th, the players will be divided into their teams and will be given the opportunity to hear from their head coach on items concerning: contact info, practice dates & locations.

*** Sign-up fee is $100 for one player, $160 for two players, and $200 for three players in the same family household. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO DERBY REC CENTER. This fee includs the football camp held July 27th - July 30th at Panther stadium. If you wish to only participate in the camp the fee is $40.
