Denis A. Kitchen, Jr., has been an Attorney at Law since 1976, admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, and the Second and Third U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals.  

 Biographical Information: Born in Buffalo in 1943, I lived here all my life (except for 5 years as a Naval Aviator), graduated from Kenmore West (‘61), Rochester Institute of Technology (B.S.‘65), Indiana (M.S.Ed.'66), and SUNY Buffalo Law School (J.D.'76); became a Christian in 1969 through Campus Crusade and The Navigators ministries; married (Nancy) with 3 children; Member of: Erie County Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, American Center for Law and Justice , Board member of Christian Counseling Ministries of Western New York, Board member of Christian Conciliation Service of Western New York, and Love Joy Gospel Church.
