Monthly gatherings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of the month from 10am to 1pm

- March 19 - St. John's, Antioch
- April 23 (note this is the 4th Thursday) - LSS, Concord
- May 17, 2pm-4pm - Synod Assembly voting member gathering instead of monthly gathering
- June 18 - Saint Matthew, Walnut Creek
- July 16 - Holy Shepherd, Orinda
- Aug 13 (note this is 2nd Thursday because of ELCA assembly the following week) - John Muir, Walnut Creek
- Sept. 17 - Good Shepherd, Concord
- Oct. 10 - District A Assembly, Cross & Crown LC, Rohnert Park
