FFA stands for Future Farmers of America. We stand for all that is good in nature and Agriculture! We focus ourselves on useful skills and helpful abilities that will continue to serve us in life long after we leave High School and College. This is a page for everything about Delight FFA. From Judging trips to Just plain fun, everything is here! All of our Motto's and information can be found by clicking to www.ffa.org. Or to find some things a little closer to the Arkansas side of things go to the Arkansas FFA webpage. These two pages will help you to understand FFA a little better and catch up on current events in FFA. By the way, I'm James Stone, member of Delight FFA and Editor for this page, so if you need anything changed or know of some cool FFA info. Let me know, and I'll add it.  Also if you see anything you have questions about let me or Mr. Lamb know, and i'll answer any questions you may have.

Also, there is an awesome FFA website thats a cool way to reconnect to your FFA friends from around the world. It's called FFA NATION! Its just like Facebook but better because you get to talk about stuff that interest you, when you want, where you want. Go to http://ffanation.ffa.org/ and sign up if your looking for an FFA boost to your social network.

Well, its been a while. I just got back from the Arkansas State FFA Convention at Camp Couchdale. It was awesome to see the huge number of blue jackets and to see old friends that you never see anywhere else. Its truly inspiring to have so many friends in FFA! The Arkansas state convention was an awesome experience and I made many friends that I will never forget.  Katie Good, the  2008-2009 State Sentinel and Hayley Hogan, the 2008-2009 State Secretary, are good friends of mine. All of the 08-09 State Officers were awesome this year and all of there Retiring Addresses were both inspiring and well spoken. Anyway, I will soon go to the AR Leadership Camp (ALC) on the 7th-10th to gain some leadership qualities. To see the current AR State officers go to Arkansasffa.org. the link is at the top of my page. Have a good summer and enjoy the day!

Its been about a month since I updated the site, and i've got great news! I recently went to the Arkansas Leadership Conference (ALC) and it was great!!! I met some great people and had a great time. I managed to get past the audition for the FFA Banquet, and did the first song, "You're gonna miss this" by Trace Atkins. It was a great experience. Also, I got to meet some amazing friends, the 2009-2010 State Officer team. They are awesome people and I know they will do a great job this year. I'll have pictures up soon. And once school starts, it will be great to have FFA back in full swing!!! School starts on Aug. 19th, so have a great first day and lets give it our best!
Well, senior year is drawing to a close. Only a few more months left and then the seniors and myself will be gone. I'm looking forward to our last year of FFA and to the many trips we will soon enjoy. Fortunately for some of us, there is collegiate FFA. This organization is like FFA for College students.
