One of primary responsibility of a teacher is to find out the real gems among his students.Each and every child will be unique. A teacher should ensure that through education, his inherent qualities will not be disturbed. He should know when to take stick and when not to. He is not suppose to throw his anger and prejudice on his students and in turn destroy the child's growth. He is suppose to guide the child to the place where he is destined to with utmost care and understanding.
