Premier Reserve Division - The reserve team played Earls Colne Reserves at home and lost 5 -3.

October 2009.

31st October 2009.   Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Premier Division - The first team played Gas Recreation at home and lost 4 - 1.

Tommy Thompson Cup - The reserve team lost 3 - 2 away at Foxash Social Reserves.

24th October 2009.   Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Premier Division - The first team played Mersea Island at home and lost 2 - 0.

17th October 2009.   Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Premier Division - The first team played Earls Colne away and lost 4 - 0.

Border League Reserve Cup - The reserve team lost 3 - 0 at home against Earls Colne Reserves.

3rd October 2009.   Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Border League KO Cup, 1st Round - The first team played West Clacton at home and had a comfortable 4 - 0 win in blustery conditions.  They will  play White Notley away in the second round.

Premier Reserve Division - The reserve team lost 3 - 2 away at West Bergholt Reserves.

September 2009.

26th September 2009.   Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Premier Division - The first team did not have a fixture

Essex Junior Cup - The reserve team lost  2 - 1 against White Notley Reserves

19th September 2009.   

Premier Division - The first team travelled to White Notley where they won 4 - 3 with goals from Paul Griffiths, Ryan Leeworthy and a couple from Josh Milburn.

5th September 2009.   Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Premier Division - The first team suffered their first defeat of the season. losing 2 -1 at home against Alresford Colne Rangers.

Premier Reserve Division - The reserve team maintained their winning start to the season by beating Holland F.C. Reserves, 3 - 0, away.

August 2009.

29th August 2009.   Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Premier Division - The first team were away to University of Essex and remained undefeated,  winning 4 - 2.  

Premier Reserve Division - The reserve team opened their account for the new season with an emphatic away win of 9 - 3, at White Notley Reserves. Greg Bryant supplied a hat trick for Notley, but was over shadowed as Edward Phillips got four, John Vitelli got two, and singles from Mark Pearce, Tristan Moseley and Josh Milburn came from Dedham Old Boys Reserves.

22nd August. Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Premier Division - In the first home game of the new season, the first team drew 3 - 3 with Earls Colne.

15th August. Essex & Suffolk Border League.

Premier Division - In the first game of the new season, the first team  defeated Hedinghams United 4 - 0 away.

July 2009.

The President of the club Bill Berry has announced his resignation as he is moving away from the area.  The club would like to thank him for his services over a number of years.  The new president is Martin Hilliard.

The Stuart Fulton Memorial Trophy was won by Bawdsey Freight who beat Boxted Lodgers 2 - 0 in the final of the competition held on Saturday 4th July 2009.
