This is the final league table for the Winter Season, 2008/09. Dedham Carpet Bowls Club had another fine season end up as runners up to Birch Teys.
The season match results are as follows.
29th March 2009. The final game of the season saw the eighth 4 - 4 draw of the season away at Earls Colne.
23rd March 2009. Another 4 -4 draw this time away against our old rivals, Langham.
17th March 2009. A hard fought 4 -4 draw against The Teys at home.
10th March 2009. A good 6 -2 win at home against Earls Colne.
24th February 2009. Our second 8 - 0 win of the year, this time against Tollgate at home.
10th February 2009. Once again another drawn game against Highwoods, away.
27th January 2009. Our fourth drawn game of the season, this time 4 - 4 away at Tollgate.
20th January 2009. We avenged our earlier whitewash at Peldon with an 8 - 0 win at home against Peldon.
14th January 2009. The new year started on a more positive note with a 4 - 4 draw away at Paxmans.
17th December 2008. We suffered our first whitewash defeat of 8 - 0 away at Peldon.
11th December 2008. Once again we were held to 4 - 4 draw, this time away at Boxted.
25th November 2008. We were held to a 4 - 4 draw by Paxmans at home.
4th November 2008. Another great win, this time 8 - 0 against Boxted at home.
30th October 2008. Our first away game of the season saw us going down 6 - 2 against The Teys.
21st October 2008. The 2nd home game of the season resulted in another win, this time 6 - 2 against Highwoods.
14th October 2008. The first home game of the season saw the club defeat their old rivals, Langham, 8 - 0.
