- Debi Saini (Authored, 2011) Social Security Law in India, Kluwer Law International, The Hague. This is a 320 page book version of a volume titled: Law of Social Security: India, that forms part of the International Encyclopaedia of Laws, published by Kluwer Law International, The Hague, The Netherlands. The Social Security Law Encyclopaedia has been published under the overall editor ship of Professor R. Blanpain of University of Leuven, Belgium. The entire encyclopaedia is expected to eventually cover 120 major countries of the world.

Was part of a 16-member THINK TANK that was invited by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and was consulted in a meeting called on 1st September 2011 in the North Block, New Delhi on "Moving Jobs Centre stage" and "Gender Equality & Development." The consultation, chaired by the Chief Economic Advisor, Dr. Kaushik Basu, aimed to give expert input to the Indian delegation led by the Finance Minister, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, for the 2011 Annual Meetings of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund during 23-25 September, 2011 at Washington DC.
