A Twice Denied Land: The Hussein-McMahon Correspondence

It wasn't long after World War I ended when Arab leaders accused their war-time ally, Great Britain, of duplicity during the war in promising Palestine first to the Arabs and then to the Jews. The British government rejected the charge, replying that Arab leaders had misconstrued wartime negotiations with them covering Palestine.

The negotiations in question were contained in a series of ten letters between Sharif Hussein bin Ali Sharif, at the time Emir of Mecca, responsible for the custody of Islam's shrines in the Hejaz and, consequently, recognized as one of the Muslims’ spiritual leaders, and Sir Henry McMahon, the High Commissioner for Egypt. The ten letters (five each by Hussein and McMahon) are known as the Hussein-McMahon Correspondence (or the McMahon-Hussein Correspondence), and were written between July 14, 1915 and March 10, 1916.

The correspondence began with a letter to McMahon from Hussein that among other requests sought British acceptance of certain Arab territorial claims to the Arabian peninsula. McMahon responded in his first letter to Hussein that it was, "premature to consume our time in discussing such details in the heat of war, and while, in many portions of them [territories requested by Hussein], the Turk is up to now in effective occupation..." Hussein replied that he detected a certain "coolness and hesitation" on the part of the British on the question of territorial limits to be granted the Arabs after the war had ended. Hussein added that the territories requested were surly the properties of many peoples who lived on the land, and that after the war precise negotiations would take place to ensure native peoples were provided for, but that such details should not in any way deter the British from making the easy pronouncement that those requested lands, en masse, would be Arab lands. Hussein had shrewdly called the British hand, and the British had no choice now but to place their cards on the table.

In the reply letter of  October 24, 1915 to Hussein, McMahon, after consultation with the British government, wrote, "The two districts of Mersina and Alexandretta and portions of Syria lying to the west of the districts of Damascus, Homs, Hama and Aleppo cannot be said to be purely Arab, and should be excluded from the limits demanded. With the above modification [emphasis: mine], and without prejudice of our existing treaties with Arab chiefs, we accept those limits [emphasis: mine]."

In the follow up letter to McMahon dated November 5, 1915, Hussein rejects Great Britain's modification relating to the areas "of Syria lying to the west of the districts of Damascus, Homs, Hama and Aleppo". Hussein writes, "the two vilayets of Aleppo and Beirut and their sea coasts are purely Arab vilayets, and there is no difference between a Moslem and a Christian Arab: they are both descendants of one forefather."

Hussein's last word in the correspondence on this sticking point swirling around the Vilayets of Beirut and Aleppo is again to refuse Great Britain's modification. Hussein writes in his letter of January 1, 1916, "yet we find it our duty that the eminent minister should be sure that, at the first opportunity after this war is finished, we shall ask you (what we avert our eyes from to-day) for what we now leave to France in Beirut and its coasts."

Hussein's refusal of Great Britain's modification relating to those "portions of Syria lying to the west of the districts of Damascus, Homs, Hama and Aleppo", meant there was no final agreement between the two parties as to the ownership of any land on the Arabian peninsula, let alone Palestine. McMahon had said plainly in his October 24 letter that Great Britain would accept Hussein's territorial claims if  Hussein accepted Great Britain's modification. Hussein rejected the British modification relating to areas "of Syria lying to the west of the districts of Damascus, Homs, Hama and Aleppo", therefore by Hussein's own hand Palestine was denied to the Arabs. However, it would not be the only denial.

In McMahon's letter of October 24 to Hussein Palestine is denied for a second time as part of any land deal. The denial comes from a second modification McMahon made concerning Hussein's requested territorial limits. Though this modification does not explicitly mention Palestine as excluded territory, it would negate Palestine from any package deal with Hussein because of French territorial interests in the northern half of the Arabian peninsula--the Levant. McMahon writes, "As for those regions lying within those frontiers [northern half of the Arabian peninsula] wherein Great Britain is free to act without detriment to the interest of her ally, France, I am empowered in the name of the Government of Great Britain to give the following assurances and make the following reply to your letter:-

1. Subject to the above [two] modifications, Great Britain is prepared to recognize and support the independence of the Arabs in all the regions within the limits demanded by the Sherif of Mecca."

What are those French interests in Palestine that would warrant Palestine's omission from Arab territorial limits in the northern half of the Arabian peninsula?

Before the eruption of World War I in 1914, over the course of four centuries France and the Ottoman Empire had signed a series of treaties that gave France the right to protect the civil, commercial and religions freedom of French subjects anywhere in the Ottoman Empire, including Palestine. This 'protectorate system' also covered Muslim and Jewish nationals from the French colonies of North and Sub Saharan Africa whom came to settle in Palestine, and assistance to Christian pilgrims visiting the holy places there. The protectorate system evolved whereby France was granted the right of, "protection...both individually and collectively to cover all the members of the clergy adhering to the Latin rite settled in the Levant, regardless of nationality or institution. These  legal privileges were extended by custom to Orthodox Christians."

When the Ottoman Empire entered World War I on the side of the Central Powers, France's privileges in the Levant under the four century old 'protectorate system' were abolished. When the war ended, "...France had...not given up entirely on saving its protectorate [in Palestine]..." However, in the intervening war years the British too had taken a keen interest in Palestine. As the Paris Peace Conference wound its way through 1919, in September of that year, "The French renounce[d] their claims to Palestine – which had mainly become bargaining chips, in exchange for a Syria carved out mainly around Beirut and Damascus."

When debating the justifications for the existence of Israel, Arabs will often bring up the Hussein-McMahon Correspondence as proof that the Arabs were betrayed when, as the Arab side claims, the British first promised Palestine to them, then reneged on that promise and give the land to the Jews. Analysis of the ten letters that make up the Hussein-McMahon Correspondence clearly shows this not to be the case. In fact, upon close examination of the letters one is presented with the ironic situation of Hussein denying Palestine (and any other territorial limits requested) to the 'Arab nation'!

--------------------------

To this day, there is a contentious debate as to what McMahon actually meant when he wrote "districts [emphasis: mine] of Damascus, Homs, Hama and Aleppo". Was McMahon referring to cities or provinces when he wrote districts? If McMahon meant provinces, then the land West of the province of Damascus [Vilayet of Damascus. Also known as the Vilayet of Syria] would include Palestine, however, if McMahon was referring to the city of Damascus, then the area would constitute what is today Lebanon.

The word districts is actually a British translator's substitution for the actual wording McMahon used, wilayahs (in fact, there were three British translators who independently came to the same conclusion on this point). The British translators felt that since Homs and Hama were not provinces but cities, and cities are closer in size to districts than to provinces, then the word wilayahs as understood in official Ottoman usage of the term (vilayets) meaning provinces was deemed incorrect, but that the unofficial Arabic usage of the term, meaning environs, was more precise. Therefore the British translators used the unofficial Arabic translation for the word wilayahs, environs, or districts in the English translation. Now, unless there was a qualifier elsewhere in the correspondence that favored the exclusion of Palestine to the Arabs, this revised wording would place Palestine into the Arab nation after the war.

This writer takes no stand on this debate, and views the debate as a distraction to the question of British duplicity on Palestine.

To Protect and To Serve

The day after Anders Behring Breivik detonated a car bomb outside the office of Norway’s Prime Minister and went on a shooting spree at the Labour Party’s youth camp meeting on Utoya island, information emerged that painted a different picture of the July attacks than the official narrative would have us believe. The Oslo bombing was incongruous with the aims of Breivik, as stated in his manifesto, "Once you decide to strike, it is better to kill too many than not enough, or you risk reducing the desired ideological impact of the strike."1

Why incongruous? Because the month of July is a holiday month in Norway where many are on vacation, and even more incongruous is the time for the bombing…after 3:00 PM (3:26 PM to be precise). During summer months, those who happen to be at work leave for home at 3:00 PM. In other words, Breivik timed the bombing at the near worst possible time if his intention was "to kill too many than not enough":

"July is the holiday month in Norway and almost everyone goes on vacation. We have to hope that many people are on holiday. The blast happened after 3.15pm and Norway is on Summer Working Hours meaning people leave work at 3pm. Let's hope this is the case."2

As it turned out, casualties were light in Oslo; eight were killed.3

Unfortunately for the children at Utoya island, Breivik’s behavior was one of extreme prejudice, no one in his rifle sights was spared, not even those children who managed to get to the lake and swim for their lives. Which raises the question: Why did Breivik ensure he would kill/maim as few as possible in Oslo, yet on Utoya island kill anyone that crossed his path, including children?

In police custody Breivik changed his strategy for bringing change to Europe:

"The operation was not to kill as many innocent people as but to give a signal that could not be misunderstood. As long as the Labour party keeps driving its ideological line and mass importing of Muslims then it must assume responsibility for this treason."4

If the "operation was not to kill as many innocent people", then what was the purpose of the Utoya island part of the operation, not to mention its cold-blooded execution? Breivik’s revised strategy for sparking European change does not jive here either, for he methodically went about killing every person he could find on Utoya island, oblivious to whether the target was an adult or a child.

The reason Breivik’s behavior on Friday, July 22 is so contradictory with his written aims (and his subsequent verbal confession of aims under custody) is because Breivik’s actions were not his alone, but those of the Norwegian security services. Upon close examination of the Norwegian security services initial response to Breivik’s attack on Utoya island, one can clearly discern the hand of the State in both the Oslo and Utoya island attacks.

This article will not analyze the time it took Norwegian police to get feet on the ground on Utoya Island. That time has been revised downwards by the police,5 and this author can’t see within the Norwegian security establishment to discern if the revision downwards was justified or not. However, there are two other points of contention with Norwegian police accounts concerning their initial response to Utoya island that this author can take issue with, where the only conclusion for police behavior is that a stand down order was issued.

Responding to eyewitness criticism to the slow response of local police at Utoya island, "Buskerud District Police’s head of the operation to capture Breivik tried to fend off criticism last weekend, asking rhetorically, "should we have swum to Utøya?"’6 Buskerud police chief’s quip tells us two things.

Firstly, Buskerud’s police chief would have us believe that there were no boats in the vicinity that could have been used to safely ferry local police across the lake to Utoya, which is a lie. In fact, there were dozens of worthy boats across from Utoya that could have been pressed into service7 to rescue those trapped on the island, which is exactly what vacationers at the scene did while police stood at the shore. Many of those civilian rescuers came under fire from Breivik, who took shots at the rescuers as they picked up swimmers out of the water. One civilian rescuer saved 40-50 persons!8

Secondly, Buskerud police chief’s response informs us that standard operating procedure for local police in such a volatile situation was to intervene if boats were available (see next paragraph).

Not only did the local police lie by insinuating that there were no boats in the vicinity to conduct a rescue to Utoya island with, the local police also violated standard operating procedure when dealing with a mass murderer. Local police officers must intervene immediately when confronting armed mass murderers.9

Let us now turn our attention to the second Utoya island incongruity in this theatre of the absurd: The mystery of the approximately sixty helicopters in the Oslo region that seemingly disappeared on the afternoon of July 22, 2011 when they were needed over Utoya island.

Another factor that police claimed slowed their response in rescuing those being hunted by Breivik on Utoya island was the distant location and readiness of the special anti-terrorism unit’s helicopter at Rygge airport, some 50-60 kilometers (31-37 miles, but actually 37 miles) south of Oslo.10 However, four days after the attacks, Chief of Staff Johan Fredriksen made no mention of distance and readiness being the rationales for the helicopter no-show, "We have one helicopter which has very limited flying time."11

In fact there were dozens of helicopters available around the Oslo area that could have been pressed into service if rescuing those on Utoya Island was the main concern of the security services. The helicopter charter/taxi company HeliWing is located at Oslo airport Gardermoen, located 22 miles northeast of Oslo.12 Nor Aviation has helicopter charter/taxi locations at both Oslo airport Gardermoen and Rygge airport,13 and Pegasus Helicopter offers similar services at its Gardermoen base.14 All three companies offer charter and taxi services for up to four passengers, and would have had many choppers already in the air over the Oslo area during Breivik’s killing spree on Utoya. Those choppers could have intercepted the special anti-terrorism unit personnel on their way to Utoya and taken them directly to the island. Notice too that Oslo airport Gardermoen is located 22 miles northeast of Oslo, much closer to Utoya island (24 miles northwest from Oslo city center) than Rygge airport is (37 miles south of Oslo), where the special anti-terrorism unit’s helicopter is located.

But there are even more helicopters flying around the Oslo area that could have been pressed into service. Not mentioned are the five helicopters belonging to Oslo University Hospital, which were used for quick evacuation of those seriously injured in the Oslo bombing.15

By the time of Brevik’s landing at Utoya island at 5:00 PM,16 ninety-four minutes after the car bomb went off in Oslo at 3:26 PM17, most of the seriously injured in Oslo were already long evacuated for medical intervention. Two or three of those helicopters could have been used for the more urgent needs of quickly dispatching police to Utoya, and evacuating the severely injured from the island! But these obvious actions were not performed.

Even more helicopters were available on the afternoon of July 22. The Royal Norwegian Air Force had six Bell 412SP transport helicopters and one Westland WS-61 Sea King helicopter located at Rygge Air Station,18 which is co-located with Rygge airport.19 So much for there being no helicopters available.

As Is Always The Case With False Flag Operations, Drills Precede Or Coincide With The Attacks

We now know that on the same day as Breivik’s attacks, Norwegian security services in Oslo had concluded at 3:00 PM near identical drills mimicking the real attacks. The Norwegian paper Aftenposten reports, "All officers from the emergency squad that participated in the government quarter after car bomb and later came ashore on Utøya and arrested Anders Behring Breivik, had earlier that same day and in the days ahead participated in training on a very similar scenario."20

The purpose for drills preceding or coinciding with false flag operations is to facilitate the government-sponsored attack(s). Those police officers not involved in the setting up of false flag attacks (which constitutes the vast majority of police officers) might overlook what would otherwise be suspicious behavior if the officer knows that a drill is taking place. And if the suspicions of a police officer should get the better of him, the perpetrator(s) can say they are a part of the drill, thereby alleviating the suspicious police officer’s concerns.

The question here is: If the drill taking place in Oslo on Friday the 22nd was "almost [an] identical situation" to Breivik’s actual attacks on that day, then where was the special anti-terrorism unit’s helicopter in the exercise? If the person(s) playing the part of the terrorist(s) in the police scenario is moving from one place to another, wouldn’t a helicopter be a part of the drill?

New Developments In The July 22 Oslo Area Attacks:

It is now reported that the special anti-terrorism unit’s helicopter was ready for use because it had flown the day before due to maintenance, and that the crew reported for duty voluntarily from their summer holidays just minutes following news of the bomb explosion. They were only deployed later the same evening, two hours after Breivik started his Utoya shootings, after personnel initially said they were not needed. Senior police staff also erect a straw man argument saying there was no room for an armed sharpshooter to fire at Breivik aboard the helicopter, as it is just for observation. “The police helicopter is not a platform for firearms support and has no load-bearing capacity for them”. Lifting out some of the onboard equipment would have made room for two sharpshooters, according to the article. In fact, the helicopter could fit three sharpshooters, and there would be no need for firearms load-bearing capacity since the helicopter would either land or hover just above the ground to drop off the sharpshooters.

The Reason For The Six-Day War And Clarification Of The USSR Involvement

In 1960 the USSR and China (along with all other Communist nations) signed onto the ‘Long-Range [Deception] Policy’,1 a strategy to confuse/disinform Western analysts on the true dangers of International Communism. The Arab nations decided to follow the Communists’ example and initiated a strategy of stealth whereby instead of the Middle East crisis being seen as a conflict between the underdog Israel facing a menacing Arab world (which wasn’t doing the ‘Arab cause’ any good), the new strategy created the ‘Palestinian entity’. So in 1964, at the first Arab League summit meeting in Cairo, the PLO was created by the Arab governments to advance the new strategy. Now Israel would be the bully on the block, stifling the aspirations of the newly minted ‘Palestinian People’. But how to make this new strategy come to life? With a little help from the USSR, that’s how.

In the mid 1960s Russia and the Arabs coordinated a plan whereby Russia ‘misleads’ Egypt that Israel is massing troops on the border with Syria.2 Egypt responds by entering the demilitarized Sinai Peninsula and massing its troops close to its border with Israel. Israel takes the bait and launches a preemptive attack against Egypt. Jordan then attacks Israel. In the end Israel wins back the West Bank and Gaza and all the baggage those conquests came with. The Arab-USSR plan, known to history as the Six-Day War, worked. The Arab nations could now step back into the shadows and allow the ‘Palestinians’ do their work in delegitimizing Israel in world opinion.

The main reason for the Arab governments' shift in strategy towards Israel in the early 1960s was the new military balance of power. Between the declaration of the Jewish state of Israel in 1948 and the early 1960s, a critical event occurred within Israel that gave Arab governments pause in their quest to destroy Israel: Israel had acquired the nuclear bomb. Hence the urgency for the change in the Arab governments' strategy towards Israel. Israel couldn't nuke a PLO cell now, could it.

After Israel acquired the West Bank and Gaza in 1967, to the world Israel pretended that the 'Palestinian People' canard was true (though in Israeli schools children are taught the truth that no such distinct Palestinian people ever existed in the Ottoman Empire), since if they didn't that would make those Arab populations of the West Bank and Gaza Israeli citizens.

Israel must cease allowing Arab strategy to dictate her Middle East foreign policy; Israel will not succeed in playing the Arab governments’ game. Israel’s military actions in recent years have been disastrous for her image. Whether it is assassinations, lobbing missiles into apartment buildings or piracy on the high seas, Israel behaves like a cornered animal, lashing out unthinkingly at her PLO/Hamas/Hezbollah adversaries.3 Such behavior is doing Israel more harm than Arab governments could ever hope to achieve by their own overt devises, which was exactly the raison d'etre for the Arab-USSR strategy that handed to Israel the West Bank and Gaza in 1967.

As a first step in regaining the moral high ground, Israel needs to change the Middle East discourse in her favor by admitting what the main goal of her Arab neighbors is, as admitted to by high-ranking PLO officers during moments of candor:

"Since we cannot defeat Israel in war, we do this in stages. We take any and every territory that we can of Palestine, and establish a sovereignty there, and we use it as a springboard to take more. When the time comes, we can get the Arab nations to join us for the final blow against Israel." — Yasser Arafat, 1993.

"The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism.

For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan." — Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee member Zahir Muhsein, as reported in the Dutch newspaper Trouw (March 31, 1977).

The world will always be swayed by the underdog in a conflict; it is human nature. In the current Middle East narrative the misidentified ‘Palestinians’ are the David to Israel’s Goliath. As a corrective to reclaiming the underdog designation in this conflict, Israel must first make clear that there are no such persons as ‘Palestinians’, as admitted to by the PLO and known to those who know their history of the Levant pre-World War I; and secondly, expose the Arab-USSR strategy that made Israel a pariah in world opinion.

KGB Major Anatoliy Golitsyn’s Distress At Western Blindness To Communist Long-Range Policy

Throughout Major Anatoliy Golitsyn’s 1995 book The Perestroika Deception,1 the author decries the West’s blind acceptance of the political and economic changes that occurred within the Soviet Bloc, culminating in the collapse of the East Bloc and later the collapse of the USSR. In a typical passage denoting exasperation that can be found throughout the book, Major Golitsyn writes:

"Western acceptance of the changes in the USSR and Eastern Europe as a trend towards genuine democracy which serves Western interests and therefore merits Western support show how little the West comprehends the essence of the changes and the dangers they entail. In part this non-comprehension arises from confusion over terminology. What the West calls ‘democratisation’, Soviet strategists call the transformation of the ‘dictatorship of the proletariat’ into the ‘state of the whole people’."2

Major Golitsyn’s distress over what he considers to be Western blindness to Communist deception is politically naive.

Trained as a KGB officer, Major Golitsyn witnessed the machinery being put in place for the new Communist Long-Range Policy,3 the formulation of which took place between 1958-1960. However, knowing that the Communists had adopted a new Long-Range Policy doesn’t inform Major Golitsyn what Western counteraction to the new long-range Communist strategy would be.

The West has a free political structure where citizens run for political office under the umbrella of political parties. As such, those parties would have correctly concluded that revealing to their electorate the Communist Long-Range Policy would cause electoral instability within Western political parties, culminating in the election of opportunists and political novices calling for a preemptive military crusade against the Communist world. Such instability in the political systems of the West would be impossible to control, and quite possibly have led to military actions with disastrous consequences for both the West and the citizens of the Communist world; in other words, a Third World War that killed hundreds of millions, but didn’t provide victory to either side.
         ----------------------------------------------------

June 2, 2011

The paragraph below presents a better rationale as to why the West remains silent on KGB Major Anatoliy Golitsyn’s revelation that the collapse of the USSR was a strategic ruse. Opportunistic politicians/candidates who attempted to reveal Golitsyn’s revelations of ongoing Soviet activity in the ‘former’ USSR to the public could be easily managed from doing so. The following presents a more cogent reason why the West remains silent:

The West pretends that the collapse of the USSR was genuine due to the interplay of two factors: (1) business pressures exerted on political parties to allow for trade with the ‘former’ USSR/East Bloc, and (2) the intense need of political parties for business largesse in the form of campaign contributions. Businesses want to do business in the ‘former’ USSR/East Bloc and political parties need money for elections. The intense competition for election money ensures that our political leaders remain silent on the Soviet ruse, while quietly engaging the USSR (witness the United States’ current attempt to place a missile shield in Eastern Europe, which would, according to Russian generals, neutralize Russia’s strategic nuclear forces).
-----------------------------------------------------

August 6, 2011

It should also be noted that if Western politicians in 1992 had revealed that the collapse of the USSR was a strategic ruse, then the Communists’ Long-Range Policy would have been revealed, a policy that all Communist nations signed onto in 1960, including China. It would then have been politically impossible for Western politicians to have not enacted anti-trade legislation with China, a real possibility not at all desired by Western business interests in China, or western business interests hoping to do business in China.

In the March 2005 issue of Popular Mechanics (PM) magazine an article appeared titled Debunking the 9/11 Myths which, according to the article’s subtitle, "…examines the evidence and consults the experts to refute the most persistent conspiracy theories of September 11."1 In the section dealing with NORAD, titled No Stand-Down Order, the article explains NORAD’s seemingly lackluster response to the September 11 attacks with the following:

Why couldn't ATC find the hijacked flights? When the hijackers turned off the planes' transponders, which broadcast identifying signals, ATC had to search 4500 identical radar blips crisscrossing some of the country's busiest air corridors. And NORAD's sophisticated radar? It ringed the continent, looking outward for threats, not inward. "It was like a doughnut," Martin says [Major Douglas Martin, public affairs officer for NORAD]. "There was no coverage in the middle." Pre-9/11, flights originating in the States were not seen as threats and NORAD wasn't prepared to track them.2

In previous supplements of The NORAD Papers (at www.DNotice.org), I posted articles/documents published before September 11, 2001 that positively affirmed NORAD’s robust monitoring capabilities over the territorial airspace of the United States. These pre-911 articles/documents affirmed that NORAD tracked all aircraft (both foreign and domestic flights originating in the United States) over the air space of the United States. Recently, however, I regrettably discovered that I was not the first to learn of NORAD’s true monitoring capabilities over the United States and write about it. To my surprise, The 9/11 Commission Report3 was the first to detail NORAD’s true monitoring capabilities over the airspace of the United States.

With respect to interagency collaboration between the FAA and NORAD in the event of a hijacking on any given day before September 11, 2001, the commission report says of NORAD’s radar tracking abilities for hijacked flights originating within the United States:

NORAD would receive tracking information for the hijacked aircraft either from joint use radar [unnattended radar that PM refers to above as the radar sites that "ringed the continent".4] or from the relevant FAA air traffic control facility [Notice that Major Martin and PM say nothing about these other FAA air traffic control facilities that also provided NORAD with tracking information.]. Every attempt would be made to have the hijacked aircraft squawk 7500 to help NORAD track it.5

As for the actual day of September 11, 2001, the commission report says of NORAD’s radar tracking abilities for flights originating within the United States:

F-15 fighters were scrambled at 8:46 from Otis Air Force Base. But NEADS did not know where to send the alert fighter aircraft, and the officer directing the fighters pressed for more information: "I don't know where I'm scrambling these guys to. I need a direction, a destination." Because the hijackers had turned off the plane's transponder, NEADS personnel spent the next minutes searching their radar scopes for the primary radar return. American 11 struck the North Tower at 8:46. Shortly after 8:50, while NEADS personnel were still trying to locate the flight, word reached them that a plane had hit the World Trade Center.6

Controllers at NEADS located an unknown primary radar track [Flight 77], but "it kind of faded" over Washington. The time was 9:38.The Pentagon had been struck by American 77 at 9:37:46.The Langley fighters were about 150 miles away.7

NEADS first received a call about United 93 from the military liaison at Cleveland Center at 10:07. Unaware that the aircraft had already crashed [at 10:03], Cleveland passed to NEADS the aircraft's last known latitude and longitude. NEADS was never able to locate United 93 on radar because it was already in the ground.8

NEADS never lost track of Delta 1989, and even ordered fighter aircraft from Ohio and Michigan to intercept it.9

The 9/11 Commission Report tells us that NORAD’s ground radar tracking capabilities for detecting aircraft originating within the United States was operational on September 11, 2001. Of course, this was no secret. NORAD’s tracking on radar of all aircraft flying within the United States was a matter of public record. As such, any terrorist organization that planned to attack the United States would never have chosen an airborne venue for their operation. Such an operation would have a low probability of success. Any real foreign terrorist attack on the United States would have been confined to the ground or waterways.

Thanks to The 9/11 Commission Report’s assessment of NORAD on September 11, 2001, we now know two things:

  1. For the first time we have verifiable proof that a grand conspiracy exits to cover up the identity of the real perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks; and
  2. PM has shown itself to be a witting tool for the elements within the Federal government who carried out the 9/11 attacks.
This is the breakthrough the 9/11 Truth Movement has been waiting for for over eight years now; positive proof that the attacks on September 11, 2001 were staged false-flag events. It should not surprise anyone that the NORAD angle of 9/11 Truth would be the initial catalyst that overturned the official version of what transpired on September 11, 2001. After all, the NORAD angle of 9/11 Truth is the only angle that had an extensive written history going back long before September 11, 2001 that explained exactly what NORAD’s missions were.

Russian defense plant worker convicted of treason. Translation: When dealing with the intelligence community, such arrests and convictions may be play acting in order to:

(1) convince the other side that the "secret data" obtained is genuine and not useless data (if the "traitor" were to never get caught, and getting caught is expected the longer the "traitor" remains active, the other side would become suspicious of the "traitor" and his/her "secret date"); and

(2) conveniently remove the "traitor" from passing any more "secret data" by conveniently "arresting" the traitor; the Soviets may want to inaugurate a new "traitor", because (see number 1) the previous "traitor" has outlived his/her credible active status as a "traitor".

Walesa says today's Solidarity deserves a beating. Translation: Don't be fooled by Walesa's play-acting, nor Solidarity's. "Deep splits" translates from Communist dialectics to "Scissors Strategy" (see May 14, 2012 posting below for description of the "Scissors Strategy").

Protesters in mass "stroll" to test Putin's police. Translation: These and previous demonstrations were controlled by Putin, or to put it more correctly, controlled by the Communist strategists in Moscow. This tactic is called the "Scissors Strategy", where genuine demonstrators are unknowingly co-opted by two falsely opposed sides (blades of the scissors) that converge on the confused victims, in this case the Moscow protesters.

There is only one way of thinking for a Communist Party member then and today, and that is to control Western economies, otherwise, as Communists believe, Marx's observation that there was a tendency  of  "advanced" Capitalism evolving into Communism would be sabotaged. Central banks' manipulation of the money supply, causing the boom/bust economic cycle, would be one such obstacle preventing the emergence of the Communist Commonweal, as Marxists understand their Marx.

Old Party has big lead in Mexico presidential race. Translation: For thoses not in the know, Mexico has been a Communist nation since the 1934 general elections, which is why Mexico allowed Leon Trotsky to live there in 1936, and why the United States government could never overthrow the PRI, even when the PRI nationalized the oil industry in 1938. The current political party in power in Mexico City, PAN, is actually a cover for the PRI. Clever, huh?

I had a comment deleted from the Richard Dawkins Foundation website. The Comment was appended to a debate between Richard Dawkins and Francis Collins on the topic "God vs. Science" (see comment #1077 on page 36). My comment spoke to the assertion made by Stephen Hawking and others who say that based on math, universes can pop up out of nowhere without the assistance of God. The website also changed my name to Anonymous, and has me joining eleven months ago (I registered for the first time on May 7, and posted just one comment), even though it has me posting comments from April 26, 2007! When you click Anonymous and scroll down, you'll notice that all the comments I supposedly made since April 26, 2007 were removed (so why didn't the website suspend my account?); they're trying to insinuate that I have a history of writing inappropriate comments.

Obviously I discovered a scandal within the Physics community and the Richard Dawkins Foundation website is covering for that community.

The following is similar to the comment that was removed from the Richard Dawkins Foundation website:

Stephen Hawking's equation reads like this:

Earth's mass [1] + Moon's GPE when back in Earth's orbit [-1] = 0, so universes are for free,

however if we use correct constants for what we are describing, the equation reads like this:

Earth's mass [1] + Moon's GPE when back in Earth's orbit [0] = 1, so universes are not for free.

The maximum potential of an entity is always 100%, therefore to assign the constant 0 (zero) to GPE when a constant of 1 is demanded is proof that the misassignment was necessary for a preconceived end.

The concept of GPE derives from the Law of Conservation of Energy, which says that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, hence if, for example, the Earth and the Moon are the only objects in the Universe, and suddenly the Moon were to be catapulted so far away from the Earth that the Moon's gravitational pull (energy) on the Earth is now zero (and vice versa for the Earth), then according to the Law of Conservation of Energy principle, the gravitational energy of the Moon must still exist, and it does as potential energy. Therefore, using our example again, when the Moon no longer exerts  its pull (energy) on Earth due to its far distance from the Earth, the constant (value) for the Moon's Gravitational Potential Energy would necessarily be 1, not 0.

9/11 families angered over behavior of alleged plotters at Guantanamo hearing. Translation: There's no record of Lucy [Lucile] Fishman's death on the Social Security Death Index (SSDI), and there would have to be considering she was married with a young child, therefore the surviving family would be eligible for survivor's benefits.

In fact, greater than 90% of those said killed on 9/11 aren't listed on the SSDI, which is an impossible statistic since 2,375 surviving children and 853 spouses were receiving survivors benefits by August 2003, and in order to get such benefits, one must be listed on the index, as Steven Schwartz, vital-records registrar for New York City, affirmed.

See news filing for August 6, 2011 for more on this story.

Russian police battle anti-Putin protesters. Translation: Protests are actually Communist manufactured for the purpose of co-opting real opposition via the "scissors strategy". According to KGB defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn, the "scissors strategy" represents the two falsely opposed sides (blades of the scissors) that converge on the confused victims, in this case the Moscow protesters.

More victims in Mexican massacre found across border. Translation: Mexico City manufactured violence is setup towards requesting assistance from a future 'democratic' China. Of course, the collapse of the Chinese Communist government will be a ruse, as was the 1991 collapse of the USSR. The United States will not abide Chinese troops entering Mexico, therefore Washington, DC will be forced to act, involving a series of false flag operations along the Mexican/American border.

U.S. shows no sign of compromise over missile shield. Translation: It's truly amazing how even persons with high IQs haven't figured out yet that if the collapse of the USSR in 1991 were not a strategic ruse, then Russia could care less if NATO wanted to place the missile shield in Russia itself. It would be a matter of supreme indifference to Russia since Russia and America no longer pose a nuclear threat to each other.

Never mind, move on...

Thursday, April 26, 2012

In the last three weeks the Jackson Report has cataloged how since the collapse of the USSR in 1991 the electorates of the fifteen republics that made up the USSR continued to inexplicably elect as national leader (President or Prime Minister, depending on the particular nation) a good many persons that were Communist Party members during Soviet times. Let's take a look at the raw data derived from our investigation and then manipulate that data into some interesting statistics.

As we proceed with the figures, let's keep in mind that the percentage of the Soviet population that were Communist Party members in 1986 was approximately 10% of the USSR's adult population, and, as we were told during this era of Perestroika, declining.

To date a total of 53 national leaders have been elected to the various fifteen republics that made up the USSR. Of those 53 national leaders, 36 were Communist Party members during the Soviet era, and a further two clearly nomenklatura (due to judicial appointments; see April 17 news filing below for Moldova), giving us a total of 38 persons intimately linked with the Soviet system. The remaining 15 national leaders were not Communist Party members. In other words, in 71.7% of the cases since 1991, the electorates chose Soviet era Communist Party members for national leaders. When we take a look at the first national leader elected in each of the post Soviet republics, 73.3% were Soviet era Communist Party members.

The statistics clearly reveal two strange political phenomena:

1. After achieving freedom from the USSR, the electorates re-elect back into power persons intimately associated with the USSR; and

2. the electorates have difficulty in finding candidates for national leader other than Soviet era Communist Party members.

-----------------------------------
CP = Communist Party member; Non-CP = Not a Communist Party member

1. Lithuania: 5 National Leaders: CP = 4; Non-CP = 1 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

2. Latvia: 5 National Leaders: CP = 3; Non-CP = 2 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

3. Tajikistan: 2 National Leaders: CP = 2  (First National Leader Elected was CP)

4. Kazakhstan: 1 National Leader: CP = 1 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

5. Kyrgyzstan: 5 National Leaders: CP = 5 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

6. Uzbekistan: 1 National Leader: CP = 1 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

7. Moldova: 7 National Leaders: CP = 6; Non-CP = 1 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

8. Armenia: 3 National Leaders: CP = 2; Non-CP =1 (First National Leader Elected was Non-CP)

9. Turkmenistan: 2 National Leaders: CP = 2 (First Nation Leader Elected was CP)

10. Russia: 3 National Leaders: CP = 3 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

11.  Azerbaijan: 3 National Leaders: CP = 1; Non-CP = 2 (First National Leader Elected was Non-CP)

12.  Georgia: 4 National Leaders: CP = 1; Non-CP = 3 (First National Leader Elected was Non-CP)

13. Estonia: 7 National Leaders: CP = 2; Non-CP = 5 (First National Leader Elected was Non-CP)

14. Belarus: I National Leader: CP = 1 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

15. Ukraine: 4 National Leaders: CP = 4 (First National Leader Elected was CP)

Total National Leaders Elected = 53: CP = 38; Non-CP = 15

CP National Leaders Elected = 71.7%

First National Leader Elected in Each Nation = 73.3% CP

The Jackson Report concludes its exclusive and exhaustive look (because no one else has in twenty years!) at the strange electoral voting habits from those nations that made up the USSR. Today we zero-in on Lithuania.

Since Lithuania's "independence" from the USSR in 1991, there have been five Presidents. The first President was Algirdas Brazauskas, a Communist Party member from 1965-1990. Next was Valdas Adamkus, not a Communist Party member. Following Adamkus, was Rolandas Paksas, a Communist Party member before and after "independence" from the USSR, followed by Arturas Paulauskas, a Communist Party member pre-1990. The Current President of Lithuania is Dalia Grybauskaite, a Communist Party member, 1983-1990.

Tomorrow the Jackson Report will provide some interesting statistics based on the inexplicable electoral voting habits belonging to "post" USSR republics.

Tuesday, April 24, 2012

Today the Jackson Report takes aim at Latvia's electorate to assess whether it too has a predilection for only electing Soviet era nomenklatura for national leader. To date, there have been five Presidents of a "post" USSR Latvia.

The first President of a "post" independent Latvia was Acting President Anatolijs Gorbunovs, a Communisist Party member from pre-1974. Following Gorbunovs, was Guntis Ulmanis, a Communist Party member. Next was Vaira Vike-Freiberga, not a Communist Party member. The fourth President of Latvia was Valdis Zatlers, not a Communist Party member. The current President of Latvia is Andris Berzins, a Communist Party member pre-1990.

Tomorrow the Jackson Report concludes its survey of the Communist-leaning voting patterns of the supposedly independent republics that made up the USSR. Lithuania will be in the spotlight. We'll then wrap up this coverage with some interesting statistics.

Monday, April 23, 2012

The Jackson Report  starts the week taking notice of Tajikistan's electorate's similar voting habits for the past twenty years to the other "former" electorates of the USSR when choosing a national leader. Since "independence" from the USSR in 1991, Tajikistan has had two presidents, beginning with Rahmon Nabiyev, a Communist Party member pre-1982 (no indication of resigning). The current President, Emomalii Rahmon, a Communist Party member in Soviet times, held various positions in leading government departments of Soviet Tajikistan between 1976-1988.

Friday, April 20, 2012

The Jackson Report continues its tedious but necessary examination of the odd voting behavior of the electorates of the fifteen nations that made up the "former" USSR. Today, we examine Kazakhstan. Since "independence" from the USSR in 1991, Kazakhstan has had one President, Nursultan Nazarbayev, a Communist Party member from 1962 - 1991.

Since covering this topic for the last two weeks (see below), the Jackson Report isn't at all surprised that for the past twenty years Kazakhstan's electorate has followed the same predictable and inexplicable voting pattern as other "post" USSR electorates, that being if the candidate for national leader was a Soviet era Communist Party member (or still a Communist) then that's the person they want, though the electorates are at least in many instances 90% non-Communists themselves!

Thursday, April 19, 2012

The Jackson Report takes aim at Kyrgyzstan's electorate to assess whether the "post" Soviet republic is indeed a "post" Soviet republic. The current President is Almazbek Atambayev, a Communist Party activist in the 1980s. Preceeding Atambayev, was Roza Otunbayeva, a Communist Party member since, at least, 1981. Next is Kurmanbek Bakiyev, a low level Communist Party functionary at "independence", followed by Interim President Ishenbai Kadyrbekov, at the time the current deputy leader of the Communist Party. This brings us to the first "post" USSR President of an "independent" Kyrgyzstan, Askar Akayev, who joined the Communist Party of Soviet Kyrgyzstan, subsequently going into politics in 1986.

Bin Laden family’s deportation from Pakistan delayed. TranslationThe article reads, '“We [Saudi Arabia authorities] are waiting to receive names of the [bin Laden] family members from the Pakistani interior ministry to proceed further in the matter,” the spokesman told AFP."'

That's because those persons aren't family members of bin Laden, and they don't want to go to Saudi Arabia. The family members were relatives of Akhbar Han, the old Pakistani man that was killed by President Obama to avert attention away from the looming scandal that was about to hit Washington, DC over the fake Obama "long form" Birth Certificate the White House put out on Wednesday April 27, 2011. The "bin Laden" raid took place on Sunday evening May 1, 2011 continental America time.

Below see news item for 5/12/11.

Wednesday, April 18, 2012

The Jackson Report takes a look at another 'former' republic of the USSR that since independence its electorate just can't shake its nostalgia for all things Communist, going to such an extreme that it has a Soviet era Communist for President. The 'former' Soviet republic is Uzbekistan, and its current President, or should I say only President since 'independence' from the USSR in 1991, is Islam Karimov, a Communist Party member before 1991.

Tuesday, April 17, 2012

The Jackson Report examines the voting behavior of Moldova's electorate and their inexplicable insistence to elect Soviet era Communists for President. Note that since 2001, the Moldovan Parliament has elected the President.

Moldova's first "freely" elected, "post" USSR President was Mircea Snegur, a Comunist Party member, 1964-1990. Next we have Petru Lucinschi, a Communist Party member from 1971 with no record of resigning from the Party. Then we have Vladimir Voronin (do I need to say it with a name like Vladimir?), a Communist Party member before and after Moldova's "independence". Following Voronin is Acting President Mihai Ghimpu, a judge in Soviet Moldova, hence an obligatory Communist Party member. Next the Moldovan electorate took a break with electing Soviet era Communists President and elected Acting President Vlad Filat, but no sooner then a year later the Moldovan electorate once again had a hankering for a President who was a Soviet era Communist, and so elected Marian Lupo, a Communist Party member, 1988-1991. The current President Elect is Nicolae Timofti, appointed in 1979 to the Supreme Court of the Soviet Republic of Moldova, an obligatory Communist Party position.

Monday, April 16, 2012

The Jackson Report continues its exclusive coverage of the inexplicable electoral behavior of voters in the 15 republics that made up the old USSR; they don't seem to be able to find many national leaders that weren't Communist Party members during the Soviet era. Today, let's examine Armenia.

Since the collapse of the USSR in 1991, there have been three presidents: The current President of Armenia is Serzh Sargsyan, a Communist Party member from at least 1979 (no record of resigning). The previous President was Robert Kocharyan, a Communist Party member since at least 1985 (no record of resigning). The first President of a "free" Armenia was Levon Petrossian, a Soviet "dissident" that managed to remain a live "dissident" since at least 1966.

Friday, April 13, 2012

Today, the Jackson Report takes aim at Turkmenistan and the odd case of another "former" USSR republic where the electorate forgot that Communism imploded in the USSR in 1991.

Thursday, April 12, 2012

The Jackson Report examines the Russian electorate's post Soviet voting behavior for President of Russia: There have been three Presidents of Russia since the collapse of the USSR in 1991: Boris Yeltsin, a Communist Party member, 1961 -1990; Vladimir Putin, joined the Communist Party in university, resigning in 1991; and Dmitry Medvedev joined the Communist Party in university, resigning in 1991.

Can't the electorates of Russia and the other fourteen republics that made up the USSR find national leaders other than "ex" Communist Party members? What's the deal, here? Obviously, the fix is in!

Cuba: U.S. locked in Cold War. Translation: That's because Soviet era Communists are still in power in the 'former' USSR! For example, take the Ukraine: The current President of the Ukraine is Viktor Yanukovich, a Communist Party member from 1980-1991; the previous President of the Ukraine was Viktor Yushchenko, a Communist Party member from 1980-1991; the next previous President of the Ukraine, Leonid Kuchma, was a Communist Party member from 1960-1991; and the first 'freely elected' President of a post USSR Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk, was a Communist Party member from 1958-1991.

The same is true for Russia. All the Presidents of Russia since 1991 have been Soviet era Communists!

Wednesday, April 11, 2012

Continuing its analysis of strange electorate voting behavior in the "former" republics of the USSR, the Jackson Report takes aim at Azerbaijan. Since the "collapse" of the USSR in 1991, there have been three "democratically elected" Presidents of an "independent" Azerbaijan, beginning with:  Abulfaz Elchibey (June 16, 1992 to September 1, 1993) a Soviet era dissident; Heydar Aliyev (October 10, 1993 - October 31, 2003), a Communist Party member and Major-General in the Soviet KGB, promoted to Deputy Chairman then Chairman of the Azerbaijani KGB; and the current President, Ilham Aliyev (October 31, 2003), is the son of the previous President.

Tuesday, April 10, 2012

Continuing the coverage of counterintuitive electorate behavior in the republics of the former USSR, the Jackson Report shines the light on Georgia: there have been four presidents of an "independent" Georgia since May 1991: Zviad Gamsakhurdia, Eduard Shevardnadze,  Nino Burjanadze and the current President Mikheol Saakashvili.  The first president, Zviad Gamsakhurdia, a prominent "dissident" in Georgia, lasted nine months in office before a coup removed him. The Georgian electorate then inexplicably elected Eduard Shevardnadze, a Communist Party member (1948-1991), President for two terms (eight years in office). Shevardnadze was deposed before the end of his second term in office, due to electoral fraud allegations made by international monitors in the 2003 parliamentary elections.  The subsequent election of Nino Burjanadze also defies electorate logic if the collapse of the USSR were real, for her family "...is a vivid product of the Soviet 'nomenklatura' and red directorate." The current President, Mikheol Saakashvil, is also the product of a Soviet intelligentsia family.

Monday, April 9, 2012

The Jackson Report continues its exclusive expose coverage of former USSR electorates inexplicably continuing to only elect Soviet era Communists for their national leaders. Today we examine Estonia: The current head of state of Estonia is Andrus Ansip (Prime Minister), a Communist Party member from 1986 - 1991; the previous Prime Minister was Juhan Parts, not a Communist Party member; next was Siim Kallas, a high-ranking member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, 1972 - 1990; next was Mart Laar, not a Communist Party member; next was Mart Siimann, not a communist Party member; next was Tiit Vahi, not a Communist Party member; and lastly is Andres Tarand, not a Communist Party member.

Bulgaria's High Clergy infected with Ex-Communist Spies. Translation: Not only high clergy, but the outgoing President of Bulgaria, Georgi Parvanov, and other high ranking government officials and media personalities have been identified as either Communist agents or collaborators from the Soviet era.

The Jackson Report was the first to alert its readers last month that the new President of Germany, Joachim Gauck, a former minister in the East German Lutheran Church, was an East German Stasi agent.

NATO eyes deploying AMD in Ukraine. Translation: Since the collapse of the USSR in 1991 not only have the Russian electorate been inexplicably electing only Soviet-era Communists for President/Prime Minister, so have the Ukrainian electorate. The current President of the Ukraine is Viktor Yanukovich, a Communist Party member from 1980-1991; the previous President of the Ukraine was Viktor Yushchenko, a Communist Party member from 1980-1991; the next previous President of the Ukraine, Leonid Kuchma, was a Communist Party member from 1960-1991; and the first 'freely elected' President of a post USSR Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk, was a Communist Party member from 1958-1991. The previous Prime Minister of the Ukraine, Yulia Tymoshenko (24 January to 8 September 2005, and again from 18 December 2007 to 4 March 2010), was a Communist Party member from 1980-1986.

Now ladies and gentlemen, can it be any clearer that the collapse of the USSR in 1991 was a strategic ruse.

Tuesday, April 3, 2012

Anna Chapman's lax communication techniques were given her by the Russian intelligence service, she didn't originate them. This means she and her colleagues were supposed to be easily monitored by American Counterintelligence once Col. Poteyev pointed Anna & Company out to the FBI. It should be noted that Anna's father was a high-ranking KGB officer in the not-so-former USSR.

Now ask yourself this question: Why are Russian Intelligence Officers still defecting from Russia? Intelligence officers from democracies don't defect to other democracies, unless the defector is not defecting from a democracy, which means that the collapse of the USSR in 1991 was a strategic ruse.

Former Soviet KGB spy chief commits suicide. Translation: We're told that Leonid Shebarshin wrote in his diary, “…19.00, went completely blind. Foreign Intelligence duty officer 4293593.” He wrote this and the suicide letter after he went blind? Also, whoever in the Russian Intelligence Community put out this story, they are telling us that Shebarshin was still active and not retired.

As usual, the media fails to ask the important questions.

Twin Says Polish Leader's Death Likely No Accident. Translation: This is pure theater. The purpose for the fake crash of the Polish President's plane (the President and colleagues were not on the plane that crashed) is to cement in the minds of Western analysts that the Communists who still rule in the 'former' East Bloc have disagreements with the Communists who still rule in Moscow. Purpose for this game: to get NATO to build its Missile Shield in Eastern Europe, then when the project is completed in 2014 pull the rug from under NATO and cancel the whole deal, thereby causing NATO to waste billions of dollars and resources.

Litvinenko widow urges justice ahead of nuclear summit. Translation: The fact that London radiation teams didn't immediately track down Alexander Litvinenko, via the thousands of radiation sensors in the city (polonium is a highly radioactive element), spewing polonium particles into the air (polonium is used to trigger a nuclear bomb!), is proof that the KGB did not kill Litvinenko, and that the British killed him. Why? Because Litvinenko was a double agent.

Thousands in Belarus protest against government. Translation: "A December 30, 1961 report by the House Committee on Un-American Activities, entitled “The New Role of National Legislative Bodies in the Communist Conspiracy,” contained two crucial chapters from a book smuggled out of Czechoslovakia. Written by an official of that country’s Communist Party, the book described the dialectical method used to seize power in Czechoslovakia. Communists infiltrated key positions in the Czechoslovak government, while simultaneously organizing street demonstrations against that government. Those two arms of the dialectic, by pretending to fight each other [known as the 'Scissors Strategy'], generated enough confusion among the general public that all genuine opposition was neutralized. The book used the terms coined by V.I. Lenin, first dictator of the Soviet Union, referring to thesis and antithesis as “pressure from above” and “pressure from below.”'

Of course, in this modern case involving Belarus, the Communists never fell out of power, therefore the important tactic here comes from the "pressure from below", where the government-created demonstrations co-opts genuine opposition.

The Jackson Report belatedly alerts its readers that the recent electoral fraud demonstrations in Russia are also manufactured by the Communist government in Moscow for the purpose of co-opting any real opposition.

Police apologize for Utoya operation. Translation: Norway police were caught lying in denying that there were boats across from Utoya island that could be used to effect a rescue of the trapped vacationers on the island. Later the police changed their account that they couldn't hot-wire civilian boats that were at the scene. Actually there was no need to hot-wire the boats since the owners of the boats were present, many of whom, disgusted by the police inaction, took it upon themselves to pick up out of the water survivors fleeing from Utoya, one such owner rescuing fifty persons!

Extended Coverage of German President Joachim Gauck

EXCLUSIVE: ANGELA MERKEL,THE NEW GERMAN PRESIDENT, & A GUILTY PAST. Translation: The article provides details of Merkel’s Communist past in East Germany and her seemingly hostile behavior towards Joachim Gauck, deducing that Merkel is scared of her Red past being exposed by Joachim Gauck, if he should become President. The article's analysis is faulty for the following reasons:

(i) Joachim Gauck doesn’t have to be President of Germany to reveal Merkel’s Red past (so why hasn’t he?); and

(ii) because the article has entirely overlooked KGB defector Major
Anatoliy Golitsyn’s predictions that Communist-manufactured dissident groups would arise not only in the USSR but also in the East Bloc nations, it fails to comprehend that Joachim Gauck was a part of a fake dissident group in East Germany called the New Forum. In fact, Joachim Gauck co-founded the group!

Now remember that this is the same Joachim Gauck who on October 2, 1990, the day before the dissolution of the GDR, the People’s Chamber elected him Special Representative for the Stasi Archives. Now, since West Germany wasn’t going to announce to its public that the collapse of the GDR was a part of the Communists’ ‘Long-Range Deception Strategy’, as revealed by KGB defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn, West Germany took its cue from the GDR and assigned Gauck as Federal Commissioner of the Stasi Archives, 1990-2000; with the GDR imprimatur attached to Gauck to oversee the Stasi Archives, West Germany was assured that Gauck could be trusted not to open his mouth about what the ‘collapse’ of the GDR was really all about.

Conclusion: Any bad feelings between Merkel and Gauck are purely theater.

Monday, March 19, 2012

Interestingly it was Joachim Gauck who was responsible for oversight of the East German Stasi archives between 1990-2000. Talk about the wolf guarding the chicken coop! Not to mention the thousands of files on East German agents Gauck would have been able to hide away.

By the way the current Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, also hails from East Germany and her code name within the East German Stasi was ANITA. This article provides the details of Merkel's Communist past in East Germany, though it is entirely ignorant of the fake collapse of the USSR/East Bloc, therefore it takes at face value Merkel's seemingly opportunistic behavior.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao: democracy in China is 'inevitable'. Translation: The main purpose for all Communists is the defeat of the Western democracies, which means the defeat of the United States. Why? Because in the view of Communists the West prevents the coming of the true Communist state as deduced by Marx: 'advanced' Capitalism developing into Communism. Only a world where one government exists, effectively  doing away with wars and economic disturbances caused by central banks, can Capitalism advance towards its ultimate destiny: Communism.

China's Wen reasserts party control over military. Translation: Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao is making this disingenuous announcement because the People's Liberation Army (PLA) will come under the control of the Chinese Government, which, of course, is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party! You see, if the Chinese government is seen to be in control of the PLA by outside analysts, then when China experiences massive and manufactured demonstrations in several years (due e to a manufactured economic downturn), the defection of the PLA from a weakened central government to the demonstrators' side will be easier to swallow. If the Chinese Communist Party were viewed in control of the PLA during the demonstrations, analysts outside China would question why the PLA defected to the demonstrators' side.

A tearful Vladimir Putin claims victory in Russia's presidential vote; opponents allege fraud: Golos, Russia's leading independent elections watchdog, said it received numerous reports of "carousel voting," in which busloads of voters are driven around to cast ballots multiple times: "These elections are not free. ... That's why we'll have protests tomorrow. We will not recognize the president as legitimate," said Mikhail Kasyanov, who was Putin's first prime minister before going into opposition. Translation: Mikhail Kasyanov, Putin's first prime minister and now supposed opponent, is playing the Scissors Strategy (along with Putin and Communist strategists in Moscow): The notion is rooted in Karl Marx’s strategy of the dialectic, which allows Communists to achieve victory by creating phony struggles in which they control both sides, so that the victim plays into their hands regardless of which side he allies himself with; the opponent is cut in half by two sides he thinks are opposed to one another.

China welcomes North Korea nuclear moratorium. Translation: "U.S. policy for dealing with the North Korean situation is inadequate because it focuses on North Korea in isolation as a rogue state, and naively seeks help from the Russians and Chinese to solve the problem. The North Korea situation and any future nuclear incident, wherever it occurs, must be seen against the background of Sino-Soviet convergence strategy: the interaction of Russian and Chinese policy and the moves they make to derive strategic gains from critical situations should be closely studied." -- KGB Defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn, The Perestroika Deception, March 1989, p. 46.

Putin touts nukes, urges US to be more positive. Translation: Why would Putin care where NATO places its missile shield? Such objections make no sense. Why would Putin entertain any thoughts that the purpose of the missile shield is to weaken Russia's nuclear deterrent? Russia is now a democracy that no longer poses a threat to the Western democracies, so why would NATO waste its time building a missile shield that Putin says is aimed at neutralizing Russia's land based ICBMs? Putin's remarks only make sense when seen in the light of a Communist Russia.

Russia averts plot to assassinate Putin: state TV. Translation: Plot said to originate from Chechen separatists, who are actually a creation of Moscow. Moscow uses Chechen separatist to restrict the civil rights of Russians, not unlike the United States using the 9/11 false flag attacks to curtail American Constitutional rights.

It should be noted that since the fraudulent collapse of the USSR in late 1991, the United States has been in a state of emergency due to that 'collapse'. A 'friendly' Russia, where Russians come and go to America more freely than under Soviet times, explains America's increased attacks on civil liberties.

Putin praises Cold War moles for stealing U.S. nuclear secrets. Translation: Why instead doesn't Putin wish that the Soviet spies who stole American nuclear secrets were all captured, forcing the USSR to fold circa 1950, thereby enabling the USSR to join the democratic world? Putin's remarks make no sense from someone who is the prime minister of a democracy, who himself claims no longer to be a Communist.

Putin says Russia needs strong military. Translation: Interesting isn't it why Moscow would even care if NATO's missile shield were placed in Russia itself instead of on her borders with Eastern Europe. I mean, if NATO wanted to place a secondary missile shield in France or Great Britain (or any democracy with nukes), that nation could care less. So why is Moscow so afraid of the missile System?

Moscow makes the assertion that the NATO missile shield would negate Russia's land based ICBM system. True, but why would Moscow even make such a ludicrous statement. Why would NATO even think of such a thing? Obviously the missile shield is aimed at Iran who, in fact, just two weeks ago, successfully launched a satellite payload into orbit. Such  a feat is the traditional definition of a nation with ICBM capability. So why is Russia still bitching?

Russia is now a democratic non-Communist nation, so to make such an assertion boggles the mind. I mean would Great Britain make such an assertion or France? Of course not, because such an assertion would be non-sensical, because we are all non-Communists now, aren't we?

Merkel became a member of the FDJ district board and secretary for "Agitprop" (Agitation and Propaganda). Merkel herself claimed that she was secretary for culture. When Merkel's onetime FDJ district chairman contradicted her, she insisted that: "According to my memory, I was secretary for culture. But what do I know? I believe I won't know anything when I'm 80." That's called a non-denial denial.

Merkel was also approached by East German intelligence to be an agent. Merkel said she refused because she "couldn't keep my mouth shut". So if Merkel could keep her mouth shut she would have accepted?!

Conclusion: Angela Merkel is a Communist agent, and anyone nominated by her is tainted.

China's Xi meets skeptical US lawmakers. Translation: Republican Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen demanded, "...the release of human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng, who has hardly been heard from since 2009." China will. "China's leader-in-waiting Xi Jinping on Wednesday confronted US lawmakers skeptical about Beijing's pledges to improve its rights record..." Again, China will, sort of.

China has been busy the last thirty years laying the groundwork for the emergence of a controlled democratic society. The political parties to emerge in China will be populated by Communist agents. The same for the 'independent' press that will emerge too, and any other institutions associated with a free society.

Obama announces contraception compromise. Translation: The Catholic Church would still have to buy the insurance plan that provides the 'free' birth control to beneficiaries, thereby supporting insurance companies that violate Church teachings. The 'compromise' still violates the Free Exercise Clause of the Constitution, so this policy is heading for the Supreme Court.

Little noticed, however, is the requirement for insurance companies to offer 'free' birth control. This requirement is a violation of the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation [emphasis: Jackson Report].

The Obama administration believes itself unconstrained by the Constitution, bowing to narrow political passions within the Democratic Party.

Chinese village experiments with democracy. Translation: Who counts the votes for these 100 representatives, and why not allow the village to elect the seven-member village committee directly? Makes no sense. Of course, in March the election of the seven will come from a list provided by the 100 representatives elected Saturday and we don't know who counted the votes for the 100.

As the Jackson Report has informed its readers since 10/9/10 (see below), the Chinese Communist Party will soon initiate the next major Communist disinformation operation within the 'Long-Range Policy' (signed onto by all Communist nations in 1960) by faking the collapse of the Chinese Communist government, to be replaced by a 'democratic' government controlled by the Communists:

"Since at least the early 1970s, the Communist party of China has been poised to create a spectacular but controlled “democratization” at any appropriate time. The party had by then spent two decades consolidating its power, building a network of informants and agents that permeate every aspect of Chinese life, both in the cities and in the countryside. Government control is now so complete that it will not be seriously disturbed by free speech and democratic elections; power can now be exerted through the all-pervasive but largely invisible infrastructure of control. A transition to an apparently new system, using dialectical tactics, is now starting to occur." -- Playing the China Card (The New American, Jan. 1, 1991).

"A campaign for a new system of World Government will be launched at Summit level and will be accompanied by pressure from below, the active use of agents of influence and secret assassinations of leaders who are seen as obstacles. The campaign will come as a surprise to the US Administration. In the ensuing negotiations, the US President of the day will find himself facing a combined pressure from the Russians and the Chinese. The Chinese will by then have adopted a ‘reformed’, pseudo-democratic system [emphasis: Jackson Report]." -- KGB Defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn, The Perestroika Deception, April 1993, Page 166.

Hacked emails allege Russian youth group Nashi paying bloggers: Pro-Kremlin organisation reportedly pays hundreds of thousands. Translation: Nothing new here that KGB defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn didn't warn the West about over twenty years ago. Only the name has changed:

"Like the Party, the Komsomol had increased its strength and widened its role in the support of the [Long-Range Policy] strategy. Its membership probably exceeds 40 million [actually 28 million when Golitsyn wrote this, and steeply declining]. The Party and Komsomol have close ties with the trade unions, the unions of creative workers and the 6 million vigilantes who assist the Ministry of the Interior and the militia in the policing of the population of the larger Soviet cities. Their existence and their role have been important factors rendering possible the introduction and control of Soviet ‘democratization’." -- KGB Defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn, The Perestroika Deception, September-November 1990, p. 123.

Palestinian factions Fatah and Hamas to form unity government. Translation: As the Jackson Report has informed its readers, any seeming disagreements between Arab officials are for public consumption only. Like the Communists, Arab officials use the 'scissors strategy', a stratagem where two parties coordinate a plan that has one player taking the role as the 'Good Cop', while the second player plays the 'Bad Cop' role. In the end the third party, Israel in this game, is left wondering how two groups previously hostile towards each other suddenly came around to be political allies.

Former Senator: ‘Too big to fail cannot be tolerated’.Translation: If the Federal Reserve didn't interfere in the economy by setting artificial interest rates and issuing 'funny money' ('funny money' otherwise called credit expansion. Do you know how credit expansion is accomplished? Let's say the Fed writes out a check for $1 billion and deposits the check at one of its selected banks it uses for such deposits. That starts the economic boom process where the first bank takes $900,000,000 of that check and deposits it at another bank. When the second bank makes loans on the $900,000,000, when the checks for each loan made is deposited in a third, etc. bank, those institutions can now write new checks on 90% of the checks they received, and so on, and so on), then banks and investment firms wouldn't be investing in bogus, non-productive projects in the first place.

The only reason these bogus business loans are deemed profitable is because of the false signals the Fed sends when it attempts to artificially stimulate the economy.

China leader stresses communist control over army. Translation: The article reads, "Such calls seek to counter any movement toward nationalizing the force [People's Liberation Army] by making it ultimately responsible to the government rather than the party."

Firstly, there is no practical difference between the government and the Chinese Communist Party! Hu Jintao's warning to the military is disingenuous, meant for the upcoming planned mass demonstrations that will bring about the fake collapse of the Chinese Communist government.

Jintao wants to provide a reason why the PLA will support the Chinese government when the riots occur, leading to the collapse of the government. So don't be fooled.

When riots break out in China, and the Communist government collapses, it won't be because those in the government, backed by the PLA, were critical of the Chinese Communist Party, it will be because the collapse of the Chinese government was planned by the Chinese Communist Party.

The collapse of the Chinese government will be a major 'disinformation campaign', part of the 'Long-Range Strategy', which was signed onto by all Communist nations in 1960. The last major 'disinformation campaign' was the fake collapse of the USSR in 1991.

The U.S. wants to control everything, says Putin as he blasts America for interfering in other countries' affairs: Mr Putin also said America was being 'uncooperative' with Europe and Russia over Washington plans for a missile defence system. Translation: Ah, that's the real reason the Communists in Moscow are bitching. America's missile shield would neutralize Russia's nuclear missile defense. Then again, could Putin and comrades be playing a double game here? Maybe Putin is pretending that he is worried about America's missile shield being placed so close to Russia's borders. Maybe those East European nations that promised to house the American missile shield will bail at the last minute, as Putin very well knows.

Now why would secular Syria accommodate a militant Islamist? Because Khaled Mashaal  (and Hamas) are pretending to be  militant Islamists. Purpose for this pretense? Thousands to attend anti-capitalist forum in Brazil. Translation: “Capitalist crisis..."? Hmm...deluded Marxists gather to Brazil. No such thing as 'Capitalist crisis' in a true Capitalist system, where central banks aren't given special privileges to create funny money and manipulate interest rates. Because a true Capitalist system is a 'discovery' system, central banks mask the true price relationships between commodities and (even more importantly) mask what commodities (or quantities) should be manufactured in the first place.

Of course, when the malinvestments of a particular central bank-created boom period aren't allowed to be liquidated (as they were in past recessions), then one will have a stagnant economy where investment is very cautious. Why very cautious? Because no one knows the true price level within the economy with all those malinvestments stil on the books, so investments are for investments that are seen as sure winners.

2 bombs hit Northern Ireland city of Londonderry. Translation: So-called Irish Republican Army dissidents living in Catholic-dominated areas (where else would they live and not be identified by British security forces) of Londonderry would be identified by the IRA and warned to cease their activities even before a bombing occurred. Obvious questions all around are missing from this story. If the IRA is innocent, and not using dissidents as a cover, then the IRA dissidents are British agents. It is, however, the opinion of the Jackson Report that the IRA (not just the dissident IRA) was a creation of the British security services used to derail the Catholic Civil Rights Movement and assist in electing Conservative governments.

Report contradicts police Utoya [island] claim. Translation: Initial police accounts reported that there were no boats available across from Utoya island to effect a rescue with. Several months later this changed to boats were available but police couldn't hot-wire them (inferring the owners of the boats weren't at the scene. They were.). Now police say they "had secured three civilian boats", but don't make clear the readiness of the boats. However, the main emphasis of the article isn't the availability of boats but the Delta Unit police driving past Utoya island, losing twenty-two critical minutes, to pick up four more police, then losing another critical six minutes because the weight of the extra four police in the Delta Unit police boat stalls and begins sinking the boat in the middle of the lake!

Translation: With the official version of what transpired on July 22 falling apart, security authorities in Norway are scrambling to provide a greater context to Breivik's behavior before July 22 in order to lend credibility for the official version, hence a fake telephone call.

Notice: No voice print identification performed on the tape.

Cyprus leaders host dinner to spur peace talks. Translation: The Jackson Report directs the reader's attention to the deafening silence on the Turkish occupation of Northern Cyprus compared to the thunderous condemnations we get every day concerning Israel's supposed occupation of the West Bank and Gaza (it should be noted that the West Bank and Gaza are legally a part of Israel, as affirmed in the still legally binding 1922 League of Nations 'Mandate for Palestine', which gave Jews the areas west of the Jordan River).

Santorum: 'There Is No Palestine'. Translation: Santorum actually said there are no Palestinians, which is true. The first time the term 'Palestinian' was used was to describe citizens of the new Jewish Homeland-Palestine-created by the League of Nations in 1922. As such, the term 'Palestinian' included Jews! Before then there was no such people called 'Palestinian', which is why the League of Nations never created a state for the 'Palestinians' in the 1920s (or intended to as in the case of the Kurds and Armenians). When Israel changed its name from Palestine to Israel in 1948, the term 'Palestinian' became defunct, but Arab governments in the early 1960s revived and co-opted the defunct name in order to convince ignorant outside observers that the 'Palestinians' had lost their land to the Jews. All citizens of the territory formerly called Palestine are Israelis, including Arabs living in the West Bank and Gaza (and those who fled Israel in the 1948 war and now living in refugee camps).

Hu Says West Is Trying to Divide China by Using Cultural Weapons. Translation: Hu's concerns are not to be taken at face value, they are spoken to explain later how the Chinese Communist government collapsed. However, the collapse of the Communist government in China will be a ruse. The new 'democratic' government that rises in China will be controlled by the Communists.
