Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2004 My research concerns the design and development of novel information systems based on social computing. My dissertation, Encouraging Expert Participation in Online Communities, investigates incentive mechanism designs and recommendation architectures for identifying expertise and eliciting human participation in online communities. I have experience in the evaluation of information trustworthiness and its application to complex systems.
