Format:  7:30-8:00 Warm up and Welcome (To warm up, welcome newcomers, and get to know each other better, we form up in a circle, and the women move to the next partner in the circle after each song.) 8:00-10:00 Normal practica format with traditional music.   10:00 - 10:30 Neo, Nuevo, or Alternative music.  Volunteer DJs are welcome! Please contact Susan if you are interested.

Background: A group of Pablo Fontana's students started this practica to remember the many great things he taught us and to maintain the great friendships we made at his Wednesday night class at Lyon Village Community House. Everyone, however, is welcome here! Our goals are the following:

1. Keep alive Pablo’s teaching and dedication to good technique rather than steps and patterns

2. Keep learning and improving as tango dancers

3. Keep this wonderful group of people together

4. Create a welcoming atmosphere for new people

5. Have fun and keep a sense of humor
