As seen above, in the standard calendar, Sunday is the first day of the week, and Saturday is the seventh day; however, there has been a great push, for sometime now, to make Monday the first day of the week, to program the world to view Monday as Day 1, and move Sunday to the Seventh Day. Even the modern concept of the "weekend" has Sunday becoming the last day, the cap to the whole week.

As seen here in just about the most common Microsoft product (Outlook) the standard "week view" in the calendar function places Monday as the first day of the week (of course, they might argue, Microsoft has only opted to show the typical "work week" with Monday as the first day, Friday the last day, and Sat/Sun as the weekend). What this computer program does, is program the user's mind to objectively accept Monday as the first day, have it be your generalized reaction, the first thing you think of, Monday the first day of the week, and Sunday the seventh day.

My first gut-induced reaction is to go to the Bible. Of course, the Bible is almost too clear on which day is the Seventh, which day is the first, and which day is the Sabbath, and Who instituted the order and the names. I repeat, it is too clear. It is obvious, it is plain, and guess what? The New Testament actually has MORE to say about the Sabbath than the Old Testament! But most people, especially Christians, have not read the Bible and can only rely on what other people have told them, what false shepherds have distributed to gullible sheep. And thus, as always, first and foremost it is Tradition, Tradition, and a little more Tradition.

We don't have to go to the Bible to figure it out, which day is the first, and which day is the seventh (generally, the Bible is the best place to go to, but we all know that the "Christian Church" prefers "Christian Tradition" to the Bible, and it doesn't matter if you are referring to Catholics, Presbyterians, Baptists, or even Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, or even Charismatics -- they choose Tradition as A-1 and the Bible as a somewhat distant #2 (yet they all chant and sing: "The Bible alone! The Bible alone! Sola Scriptura!").

The whole Christian-agreed Tradition of changing the Sabbath from Saturday, the Seventh day of the week, to Sunday, the first day of the week, is based on the fact that the tomb of Jesus was empty when the sun rose on Sunday morning. Of course, the Bible doesn't employ the pagan word "sunday," but merely "the first day of the week." Almost all Christians, regardless of denomination or lack of Biblical study, agree that it was the followers of Jesus, more than 100 years after the crucifixion, that began to "keep Sunday as a holy day, in honor of the crucifixion," and that at that time all Christians were yet keeping the Biblical Sabbath day, according to the Commandment of God, and that followers have always kept the Sabbath day, albeit in a minuscule minority, even up until TODAY. And that it was many years after the pagan day of sun-worship was included in the man-made tradition of evolving Christianity, that the Seventh day, the Sabbath, finally was cut out altogether, chiefly to separate Christians from the Jews (chiefly, this was outward antisemitism). And it was not until after 300 a.d. that Sunday became a "law," a man-made law, and that people began to refer to it as the Sabbath, and to call it "The Lord's Day."

Note, throughout the Bible, the Lord Himself calls the Sabbath His Own Holy Day, thus throughout the Bible God calls the Sabbath "The Lord's Day." Jesus, believe it or not, actually referred to Himself as the Lord of the Sabbath. Can you find greater reasons than that the Sabbath of God Himself, should be called "The Lord's Day?"

Today, Christians are so ignorant that they automatically call Sunday the Sabbath (following the pagan tradition as opposed to the Biblical Commandment which only recognizes the Sabbath of Creation, the Seventh day, known today as Saturday), and even now refer to it as the seventh day (thus making Saturday, the Sabbath, a bounce back to the sixth day). They cannot see the paradigm of what the Bible says, that it is actually bucking against the cherished man-made traditions.

When "Christians" call Sunday the seventh day of the week, and then they go to the Bible, and they can only find "the first day of the week" associated with the Resurrection, they find they've created a Catch-22, because now they are inadvertently pushing MONDAY as the day of the Resurrection (e.g., Monday has now become the "first day of the week," and if Jesus rose from the dead on the first day, then if what their man-made tradition proposes is true, then they should really be going to church on MONDAY).

(And the way false religion ALWAYS works is, soon, the great mystery "beasts" would begin to shape things around so that MONDAY will now be the great "Lord's Day" and they will pull their shenanigans all over again to deceive their poor naked flocks that Monday is the Seventh day of the week, and at least with this false system of false religion, soon every day will get its chance to be the "Lord's Day" and yet all along the Truth is the Truth and the Seventh day of the week is yet the Sabbath, and the Sabbath is yet the Sabbath, the Holy of the Lord, God's Own Holy Day!)

Can you see through the deception? Can you see that your mind is being molded, programmed, slanted, tweaked, twisted? While the false shepherds give you poisoned food, you are also being pummeled  with cellular fields, squashed by fast-food diet, poisoned by diet drinks and artificial sweeteners -- all of this to rob you of your ability to THINK.

You can't even figure the days of the week? You can't even reason with what the Bible actually says, and what THEY say about it?

You don't have to go all the way back to the Creation of the world to "find" the Biblical Seventh Day, the Sabbath.

Just go to Jesus.

If you believe the Bible is true, and that it is the Word of God, and that Jesus is the Word of God and that through Him all things were created, and you believe the Bible is telling the truth when it claims that it was the tradition of Jesus to go to the synagogue every Sabbath and read and preach the Word of God -- then you pretty much KNOW which day is the first day (Sunday) and which day is the Seventh, the Sabbath (it is six days beyond Sunday, which is called Saturday, but which will always be known by God Himself as Sabbath, the Sabbath pure and true). If you go to Jesus, you will know what His traditions were, and when the Bible says we are to follow His example,  you will know what it is talking about, and when Jesus says "If you love Me, keep My Commandments," you will not have to be deceived by liars, deceivers, and beasts a'plenty.

Just go to Jesus. He knows the Truth. He is the Truth.

Can you handle the Truth?

Or do you want something that Tradition tells us is actually BETTER than Truth?
