• Pace:            9:11 minutes per mile

2h:0min:24sec is really all I could squeeze out of myself. This "outstanding" result is just 7 minutes better than the result of Anne Garrett (72 years old) and I will need to train really very hard to outperform Thomas Guilfoyle (65 y.o. ran 1h:45min) or Terry Duncan (68 y.o. ran 1h:47min)  Link :)
