Kate Spade Gwen - Size 7 - $100

 

These are great shoes and very comfortable for dancing all day.  I only wore them inside my condo but decided to go with a shorter heel due to my extreme clumsiness. 

Kate Spade doesn't seem to make them anymore, but they are a gorgeous shoe.  Here is a pic from Knottie Ceventa's wedding:
