Anyone interested in volunteering in the school, on field trips, or during Field Day must fill out a CORI Form (Criminal Offender Record Information). NO EXCEPTIONS!

To fill out a CORI Form, see Mrs. Garvey in the office. If you fill out a CORI Form at one school, it is good for the entire school system. If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Garvey at 781-871-8400.

• You must present a valid photo ID when filling out your CORI Form

• It can take several weeks to process your CORI Form

• CORI checks are good for three years

• ALL volunteers must fill out a form ~ grandparents, guardians, any other family member must have a form on file before helping out at school

• Even if you have filled out a CORI Form for coaching sports, etc., you still have to fill out a form with the Rockland School system.
