Beverage Cooler Stainless : 5 Gal Igloo Cooler Beverage Cooler Stainless
The Real Carbo-Cooler the actual mix processor under production on our shop floor. Far left: the Flo-Mix, where water and syrup are mixed to a specific beverage recipe. Center, large tank: the Carbonation tank, where the water/syrup mix is combined with carbon dioxide and chilled. Center rear, horizontal tank: the ammonia chiller surge drum, which circulates liquid ammonia through a series of coils to chill the beverage mix in the Carb. tank. Right, rear: the Deaeration tank, which removes air bubbles from the incoming water, allowing it to absorb carbon dioxide more readily. Center/Right front: control panels, electrical and pneumatic, for operator control of the process. The open door shows the PLC with plug-in modules which runs on a program from a touchscreen computer in the panel door. Over all is our 3-ton capacity floor crane, with which we move the tanks and heavier components onto position. This particular Carbo-Cooler will be installed in a Coca-Cola Bottling plant in Atlantic, Iowa later this year. My Real Work - CAD Design
AutoCAD-generated 3D image of a "Carbo-Cooler" mix processor. Our company based in Bensenville, Illinois, builds new and refurbished units of this type and others for the soft drink beverage industry. This machine combines the water and syrup, cools it, and injects carbon dioxide to make a finished beverage product ready for canning or bottling. 95% of the machine and parts are made from stainless steel. The Carbo-Cooler mix processor technology has been around since the 1960's and originally spread world-wide by the Mojonnier Brothers company. While it is an aging technology, many bottling plants in the US, Mexico, and other overseas countries are still using this tried and true method. In case some of you think I do nothing all day but upload photos... :-) Similar posts: bottleless countertop water cooler cooler bufalo koolit cooler bags vortex 752 cpu cooler camouflage coolers cooler fan for xbox 360 cpu cooler for amd |
