Digital Cameras:

15. Take photos of various textures around the school and use the images for an art collage on Texture 

19. "Found" Alphabet photography - Students find letters of the alphabet in architectural features ("Z" on gate) and nature ("Y" in tree branches) to create an alphabet

20. Digital photo scavenger hunt

36. Take photos of students to be used on auto-bio poem pop-up cards for display on curriculum night.

Wikis:

27. Send the class teddy bear (or other stuffed animal) home with a different student each weekend.  Have students document 1-2 activities they do with the bear by posting a photo and a write-up on the wiki.
