We met on a Tuesday night on the UCI campus.  I remember staring at him as he walked into the room.  Actually, I wasn't staring exactly at him, but at his ridiculously large backpack!  We became friends and immediately clicked, hanging out with groups of friends late at night, going snowboarding, and taking turnaround trips to Vegas.  It was on one of those late night trips to Vegas that sparks began to fly.  We became romantically interested in each other, and after hanging out at the beach on night with our friends, decided to work on building a relationship together.

It has been more than 5 years since that time, and we are still very much in love.  We share the same passion for our family and our faith, and although we sometimes butt heads (especially during wedding planning!), we continue to work at making our relationship stronger.
