Automatic Speech Processor
This was a later version of the RF speech processor, housed in their characteristic aluminium wrap-around case. The level of clipping is selected by push buttons in 6dB steps and there is a VOGAD to keep the mic gain reasonably constant. This is a copy of the manual from my own unit.
