NINA GREGUREV NEVER USES THE INTERNET
Nina Gregurev NEVER uses the internet due to Ranjit Rana's cyberstalking . Darda Gregurev (Nina's mother) now accesses the internet and email for Nina's purposes. Any emails supposedly sent by or notices supposedly posted by "Nina Gregurev" are a fraud. Many of the comments and some of the emails supposedly posted by "Darda Gregurev" are also fraudulent. Recently Darda was forced to open a Facebook Page for Nina Gregurev as Ranjit Rana had somehow found out one of her closely guarded email addresses and used that to open a FB page as if from Nina. He has done the same with Nina's brother. This is not the first time he has tried to impersonate Nina's brother.
Ranjit Rana spams many websites and blogs with unrelated comments about the Gregurev family. His only observable intention is to defame Nina and the rest of the family.
Perhaps he should consider that as a Hindu from Nepal he is looking at very bad karma.

In addition to Facebook there is also a ninagregurev.blogspot.com/ which was opened and is run by Ranjit Rana and which Nina, of course, cannot access. Rana opened it with one of her email accounts - an account she has had for many years and thought well-hidden. As the account itself is not infected we can only assume that Ranjit Rana impersonated the account on the internet for his own use. We refer above to Ask Leo Notenboom about the ease with which people can accomplish this.
Rana is a bit of a hacker and deep-crawls the internet for tid-bits of all sorts for which he eventually finds a malicious use. Even totally innocent comments unconnected to anything to do with him are given a vicious interpretation which is so obviously untrue it is ludicrous, except that Rana (like Hitler), knows that if you say something loudly enough, often enough, and spread it far enough, eventually a functionally illiterate and unthinking section of the population will begin to believe it. He makes use of images to which he links Nina's name so there is a wide audience coming across Nina's name. Many of the images, of course, are unacceptable.

At the above site you can check out Rana's behaviour a few years ago against Mr. Deepak Bista, another unlucky former fellow student of Rana. Mr. Bista's main offence is being a successful Adelaide entrepreneur. It's a laugh a minute, unless of course you are the one victimised. The comments come in three variations:

She told me that she was not the eldest daughter of the Malla Zamindar (property owner) of Bardia in Western Nepal. In fact, she told me sad saga how her three or four other eldest brothers and sisters had passed away in early years of her development. This was probably related to the high mortality of children in Nepal before 1940s and 50s like malaria, diphtheria and plethora of other illnesses. My mum was apparently not healthy and was not expected to live like her siblings. Somehow, she survived and her father and mother were indifferent to her needs.
However, he could not be successful to have his youngest daughter to a Rana (she had some developmental disorder). She was married to Inspector General of Police (much later) Hem Bahadur Singh. Aunty Indira was always so pious and she never missed all her pujas or workship rituals to all sorts of countless Hindu Gods and Goddesses. She was always up at the crowing of the first rooster and I always watched her workship the full moon.
My Aunty Indira passed away young after having a fit in her bath while rising early to do workship to the sun. She used to spent hours and hours making wicks to the butter lamps and that she did great deal for Gods and Goddesses. My uncle who married Ravi Shamsher’s daughter had a nick name ‘Mun’ or moon as he had a round face. My youngest mama or maternal uncle who married Chuda’s daughter was called Kiran (ray of light) and he died young in a car accident.
My father was a drunken Hitler, who was physically violent to my mum and us. This occurred as long as I have known him.
I can probably link this alcohol gene to this background of the Rana psychopathology in historic development.
My father’s name was Pashupati. This means the Lord of the animals, when Lord Shiva incarnated in this form. In reality my father was alcoholic psychotic in schizophrenic form. He was kind like Shiva in instant and mad like a fire storm in another instant. He was unpredictable. Those who knew him like in the Army would supply him with alcohol and get the reward instantly. My mum and us tried to block this supply and felt his wrath.
My father’s demand for alcohol made us poor materially. I remember Malla grandma sending us food and clothes. When this was observed by my Rana grandma that my mum was further chastised for bringing bad name.
She married my monster father at the age of 19 years, and conceived me at 20 years of age (another monster). She was younger by 10 years to my late father. My father just went with her to get free foreign alcoholic drinks and later used to beat my mum out of jealousy.
I remember my mum stopped going to such Indian Embassy poetry recitals after my father became a Brigadier General and was posted to Western Nepal. Here he became a chronic alcoholic and lost control of his self will. There was no one to control him and my mum was not there. I was with my dad and tried my best with other brave young soldiers and he was already beyond salvage.
My mum used to come and visit my father and me with my siblings and Nicki the dog in Nepalganj. My mum was happy to be here as it was her ancestral home ground. My mum told me all the evil excesses of the Malla’s how they used to lavish themselves with private armies and visit Indian dancing Muslim girl’s of Lucknow.
What was most important to me at this time in my life was that she told me that as her dowry she was given 200 bighas of land. I was told that her father owned over 4000 bighas of land. This was huge tract of land and covered many villages. However, in 1962 there was land reform program implemented in Bardia and as an example under the corrupt Panchayti Raj she and her father had lost all the land without any compensation. My father had a great fortune to be hosting tiger hunting for King Mahendra in Sukla Phanta in Kanchanpur. That year the King was very happy in his hunting and had asked my father what he wanted. My father could had asked for any amount of land and anywhere and he would had been granted. Instead, foolishly my father asked return of 25 bighas of land and compensation for 175 bighas that my mother was given as dowry. The great poet King granted my father’s wish. This fact would be another source of my mother’s suffering later. This would trigger greed among her brothers and father as the gift of the King had opened a legal can worm of precedent. My father was literally blackmailed by one of my evil maternal uncle to highjack the compensation money for all of themselves. I will never forgive them for what my mum and all of us suffered.
I need to add another tragedy in my mum’s life and that was in 1969 my favourite maternal uncle was killed in a car accident. He and other of our favourite relatives died in this accident in Kodari Raj Marg at 33 kilometers outside Kathmandu. The car had been probably hit by a landslide as they were driving late at night in a foggy situation and alcohol was also a significant contributory factor. My mum was very affected seeing her youngest brother die with such horrendous physical injuries. The car had rolled over 1500 feet below and gorge and some local hunters found the car after few days. My mum was truly missed him.
All the powers and Rana evil influence also had made her an alcoholic from that of a teetotaler. My mum became more alcoholic after the passing of my father. I also avoided all of my mum’s gatherings with her brothers and sisters as it was all related to alcohol. They used to fight like cat and dog in all of theirs’ gatherings and it did not bring me any enjoyment. I used to respect them and they all lost this love and respect I had about them. In many ways these are my happy and sad memories as the eldest grandson of the Mallas that made me forever migrate to Australia in 1978.

Ranjit Rana uses many aliases including our names
and those of Deepak Bista and Romei Subramanian. He also picks up the names used by previous comments in blogs.
- He then sends fraudulent emails in other people's names
sometimes those of people in some position of authority. And nowadays (2010/2011/2012) he has been opening Social Network sites by pretending to be a number of different people, mainly his intended victims, and posing rubbish under their names.
Using this particular method it appears he has temporarily succeeded in cancelling Darda Gregurev's Facebook. Obviously no one at Facebook Headquarters has ever glanced at the REAL Darda's REAL Facebook, as there is nothing offensive on it, nor one word about Rana. I just banned him from my Facebook page under his many fake names. But by opening a Facebook as if Ranjit Rana was Darda, he undoubtedly managed to put a lot of filthy and mean-spirited information on it, possibly referring to himself. He has often described himself in the third person with far worse commentary than the rest of us would ever use, even of this odd person. Of course, I have never personally bothered to read his poison, being banned from his site in a tit-for-tat measure. Right now, 29/2/2012, Darda is not operating a Facebook page at all, but when I have time to spare I shall return.
Recently (March 2011) I have been made aware of a number of other aliases Ranjit Rana was or is using. All his advances towards "friending" on Facebook have been removed and blocked. He will undoubtedly use new aliases.
However, it is usually the malicious and vicious content of his writings which eventually makes everyone aware of who is really behind the false names.
He has also
opened Facebook pages in the name of Nina Gregurev
and of her brother. He has driven other people away from the social media. It is a great pity for anyone to let this small time w-nk-er dictate their behaviour. Fight back.

addition, I have also had calls from concerned staff at Adelaide University about a fraudulent email in which "Nina" claimed she was about to suicide. As my (Darda's) sister sadly suicided many years ago, never a secret and something Rana would easily have found out, such suicide suggestions are more than just a sick "joke".
Both the police and the university know these messages came from Rana but the university will not co-operate with the police by allowing them access to university email accounts. Presumably they do not want to waste more money on any court case Ranjit Rana is sure to file. More recently (2008) I have been contacted by Deakin University's solicitor concerning offensive email allegedly sent from my google address.
- This google page is a very handy gadget.
He has been banned from the State Library of South Australia, and has been paid off by the University of Adelaide, the Flinders University of South Australia and the South Australian University to stay away from students and staff.
I consider these payments a very bad precedent which is likely to encourage him to continue his behaviour. My understanding from the settlement documents Rana sent me years ago is that he is not supposed to enter the university grounds. More recently, Professor Goldney, psychiatrist emeritus at Adelaide Uni. has been a victim of Rana's vitriol. Lecturers and students have found it necessary to take out restraining orders against him. He has also been banned from a number of hotels because of his drunken harassment of young women. He is now trying to pretend that his alcoholism is not what it seems, but that he was actually suffering a side-effect of his fairly recent diabetes. Such things can happen to people with diabetes - but in this case that is not so. No such excuse was available before he developed diabetes but he would still be thrown out of hotels for drunken harassment. He drinks - in spite of his protestations of being a pure Hindu or Buddhist or Moslem, or whatever.
- Problems at Deakin University (distance education, State of Victoria):
He is already causing problems at Deakin University at which he is presently [2008- and still in 2011] enrolled as a distance student. He has never yet changed his modus operandi. So presumably he is attempting to set up university staff and students with fraudulent emails and comments to get someone in authority to react with some protective anger so he can sue them for "prejudice" against his "race" and/or alleged "disability". He has no disability but is trying to fake a severe mental illness - details of which he has researched - in his compensation fight with the Australian Defence Force.
On 4 Feb 2009 we heard in Court from Rana himself that he had a lot of difficulties with Deakin University at the end of 2008. It appears they wished to expel him. This is something for which he sought to blame Darda Gregurev and this particular site. Of course that is nonsense. As usual, Rana has no one to blame for his predicament but himself and his deceptive actions. His problems stem from his vicious threatening emails sent to staff at Deakin University - at least some of which he sent from a falsified "dardagregurev at gmail.com" address. Already in 2008 a member of Deakin staff contacted me about certain emails. When I made her aware of our family's long-term problems with Ranjit Rana she understood immediately as his nauseating reputation had preceded him.
- Rana's Modus Operandi has never yet changed.
WE ARE TRYING TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT
- The people who matter to us have the discrimination to see Rana's bleating for what it is - an attempt by a nobody to gain some attention at the expense of the vulnerable and innocent.
- I can only wish that everyone else displayed a literate appreciation of the uses of language - poor quality as displayed by Rana, and a literate and moderate defence by his many victims. It should be easy enough to distinguish between Rana's thought-disordered writing and a clear refutation to the contrary. Strangely, it is mainly bureaucratic organizations where even top officials seem unable to discriminate; it appears ordinary people have no such problem.
- Therefore it has become necessary for someone to take the lead to publish and attempt to correct just a few of the many malicious, lying comments left all over the internet by Rana.
He would then telephone to let me know he was being investigated once again and feign horror at being suspected, in order to try and get me to give him the satisfaction of, presumably, angry feedback about receipt of his emails, post, or whatever. I could never be bothered to play his games but in accordance with my professional training and childhood upbringing, I continued to feel (somewhat) a duty of care as it was obvious this person had no one else left in his life. I would give him a maximum of seven minutes on the phone every once in a while. This set me at odds with my family who thought it unwise and a betrayal of my daughter for me to monitor his mental state. When I felt obliged to tell him I could no longer talk on the telephone it undoubtedly became yet another rejection for him.
- So I eventually decided to become pro-active due to Rana's continuous extreme harassment and defamation of my whole family, none of whom have anything whatsoever to do with this despicable creature who expresses himself in an increasingly violent, obscene and malicious manner.
Rana's intransigent obsession with us is now not confined to Nina only, but includes Darda, Nina's father, Nina's brother, his wife, and their very young children who were mentioned in a school welcome letter. Just recently (March 2011) it extended to a friend of Nina's who was in a photo with Nina on Facebook. In that photo Nina was dressed in a purple top - which somehow seemed to intrigue Rana.
This young woman felt so invaded and threatened that a total stranger would send offensive emails to her contacts, that she deleted her Facebook account. Her 6'2" handsome husband is unfortunately another peaceful civilized human being. Where are the tough bikie types when you really need them?
- Oddly, Rana's comment was that schizophrenic people like "purple" - the colour of my daughter's outfit! (A present from me, her mother.) Well, who knows, probably Rana researched colour preferences of people identified as suffering from Schizophrenia - all the better to try and impersonate them (for his court case against the Defence Department for lots of $$$$$).
I believe we should not let this little gnome restrict our lifestyle choices. One can always tick the "friends only" options on Facebook but some people (like me a long time ago) are not by nature suspicious of other people in Australia. Nowadays I am probably refusing perfectly acceptable people on Facebook, and even double-check strangers who email me, over and above the common sense approaches. And as I have just learnt from Nina's friend, one must even double check emails and comments that appear to be sent by "friends" who may be used by vicious malicious little discontents like Ranjit Rana.
He is an idiot to imagine people hate him because of his race (there is ONE RACE, HUMAN) or pretend disability - they hate his evil character and he will be treated the same way wherever he lives. Certainly there are people in Nepal and India who would just love to welcome him back - the same ones who ask if we have the death penalty for offenders like Rana.
In all seriousness, Ranjit Rana is one of those people who constantly ascribe their own feelings and urges to other people, i.e. HE 'PROJECTS', so perhaps I should be a bit careful. Of course, the el-cheapo killers-for-hire are practically always caught the next day - so Ranjit Rana may have to go to work (shock - horror) to earn sufficient to pay a proper hitman/woman! So - just in case, dear friends - if anyone has ever read this far - tell SA Police what I have said in this paragraph if and when I am found murdered.
Rana identifies himself very much with the Nepalese [former] ruling caste. He says he is a part of the Rana family but it appears his side of the family split off from the successful ruling side generations ago. He belongs, apparently, to what the Ranas like to call a C-class Rana. The other Ranas wish to have nothing whatsoever with this Rana but that is due to his offensive malicious comments about them and their loved ones.
If we all based our self-worth and relied on tenuous connections to various unsavoury ancestors, eventually everyone could claim some alliance or other - if you don't mind being linked to rapacious murderous ruling thugs with behaviour common to medieval times, [such behaviour in Europe of course dating (in peace times, at least) from medieval times]. Many parts of the world unfortunately are still far from peaceful and civilized and their embarrassing ancestors are closer in time. Or perhaps I have been blessed with a collection of exceptional people around me who try to live by the highest ideals possible thereby making the negative subject of this site stand out even more.
Rana's unhealthy obsession with a remote robber baron ancestor who wielded power over unfortunate peasants and did nothing to improve conditions in his country is absurd and obsessive. Civilized and healthy people make their own way in life and if necessary, try to forget or make up for the evils of previous generations. There is little for most of us to be proud of in our more distant ancestors. However, Australia gives everyone the chance to start anew. It is the perfect country for people to start over, to have families and build their own happiness in a peaceful and well governed land. All that is required is to develop some of the famous Aussie character and work hard to be successful in this country.
The murder of the Nepalese Royal Family by Dipendra, the late Crown Prince, and the (unrelated) death of Rana's mother, are two triggers that may well have once again set off an already precariously unbalanced mind.
If you can tolerate reading Rana's stuff, there is an admission of trying to kill his father on the above "United we blog". The fact that Nepal is now to be run by a Maoist/Democratic (!) (late 2008) government is probably not helping much either.
RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST STALKER RANJIT RANA
Nina Gregurev has a restraining order issued by the South Australian Police against Ranjit Rana on 17 January 2008. This order has been confirmed on 2nd July, 2008. It continues to be in force (1/5/2011).
On 4th Feb. 2009 the Magistrate again confirmed the Restraining Order on the grounds that there was no change in circumstances whatsoever and that the Restraining Order appeared to be doing its job. Rana's reasons for requesting amendment were that he is no longer interested in Nina (so why did he open a site in mid-2008 in Nina Gregurev's name?), wants to go to Indonesia to get a job, and also that my site prevents him from obtaining a job in the Australian Defence Force??!!
He mentioned that his daughters (?) are being defamed on this site and he is somewhat upset at the problems caused by Darda Gregurev??!!
Regarding "defamation" take a look at how Rana rudely and maliciously answered his daughter Maya Rana's posting on the "Happy Marriage, Devyani" page of a Nepalese website, shown above. He cannot say he did not read what his daughter wanted him to know, like "Get lost, you bully, I never ever want anything to do with you". His response poured fuel on the fire.

Interestingly, we heard that Ranjit Rana had taken the matter of a Restraining Order against him all the way to the Supreme Court. What an obsession!

For the last five years or so he has intensified his cyberstalking and character assassination of Nina and everyone else in her family. Of course, we are in excellent company in all this. The Chief of the Defence Force, the Vice-Chancellor of Flinders University, various lecturers, numerous students, and any Nepalese who are successful in Australia, are on his victim list. Ranjit Rana has impersonated police officers and the Vice-Chancellor of Adelaide University, as well as one of his psychiatrists, (Dr. Lothar Hoff), each time with insulting and false allegations concerning my daughter. When I have contacted the alleged senders they deny all knowledge of such allegations and blame Rana.
Ranjit Rana is well known to the South Australian and Federal Australian Police Forces, as well as to the civil court systems of the state of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and is probably known to the criminal court system as well.
Many people have taken out Restraining Orders against him. Nina is not the only person stalked by him. He prefers "tall blonde types". Check Rana's comment - on the above "United we Blog! "- so watch out, girls. Being tall and blonde and not wanting anything to do with him is all it took for Ranjit Rana to add Nina to his target list. In addition, quite a few men (!) have found it necessary to take out restraining orders against him.

On Friday 4/07/08 I received the above email from Ranjit Rana.
We were in the Magistrate's Court of South Australia on Wednesday 2nd July at 10 a.m. as Rana wished to challenge the Restraining Order issued against him on 17 January 2008.
Ranjit Rana however declined to attend at this case he had put forward and the rather unhappy Magistrate confirmed the Restraining Order and awarded all costs against Rana.
Perhaps the Police were really fast off the mark and delivered the notification to our little man by Thursday night?
So he rushed to the Barr Smith Library at the University of Adelaide, which opens at 8.00 a.m., went on line as a distance student from Deakin University, and once again used the Adelaide University computer system for his email to me at 8.11 a.m.
When is Adelaide University going to take a stand against this serial pest?
It is time to protect the students he continues to harass. Get him off campus for the sake of students and staff! He boasts he has already been paid off to stay away -and some years ago forwarded settlement documents to me to prove it - so enforce it!

On 4th February 2009 we were again bothered by this pest to attend yet another court hearing regarding his unhappiness with the Restraining Order. The Magistrate once again threw Rana's case unceremoniously out of court. It is awesome to see how Magistrates can keep their cool - at least in public court - when dealing with this vexatious litigant. Though I bet they are sticking pins in Rana's effigy during their Friday night happy hour.

Unfortunately Ranjit Rana haunts the Adelaide University campus. He came within 3 feet of Nina at the Union Bookshop around 9 a.m. on Thursday 5th March, 2009, an incident he promptly acknowledged with a child-like email to my google address: "I saw U at AdelaideU." Of course he ran like the little rat he is when he observed Nina's mother about to tackle him. I (Darda) hang around at Uni quite a lot to act as a support for my daughter who is STILL CONSTANTLY HARASSED BY THIS LOATHSOME CREATURE.
On Monday 14 April 2009 I, Darda, received an early phone call from the University Security Manager, Mr. Joseph, who wanted to speak to Nina. Nina's telephone number has not been listed publicly for a long time. I identified myself and offered to ask her to contact him. I asked if he could tell me what it was about. He mentioned he had received an email allegedly from "Nina and Anthony Long" alleging sexual harassment from workmen at present busy in the Barr Smith Library. I said, "Oh, Rana!" and Mr. Joseph went, "Why didn't I think of that!". The matter has - once again - been referred to the University administration. Hope they can afford to sic their lawyers onto Rana.

Rana seems to think I, Darda Gregurev, and this little googlepage, have something to do with his lack of success in life and in court. Man, am I powerful! It could go to my head. Unfortunately for Rana, his lack of success in every area of life is entirely due to Rana's personality problems and lack of ability and, of course, to the fact that he has absolutely no legal case whatsoever.
IGNORING THIS STALKER HAS NOT WORKED
Rana's behaviour is becoming worse as he grows older and as the waste of his life has become obvious even to him. Ignoring him has not worked. I believe he is likely to become more dangerous to other people as his frustration increases.
However, we - well, Nina mainly - still look on this person with compassion as he must be among the most lonely of people in this world. He habitually alienates everyone he meets. There is no one left who can bear to be around him. He would do well to begin to study The Psychology of Stalking: Clinical and Forensic Perspectives (1998) edited by J. Reid Meloy, of which some excerpts are available above. It may provide him with some insight into his problems.
PEOPLE MAKE CHOICES AND FACE CONSEQUENCES
- A digression: Nina Gregurev's character formed in hardship
As a committed follower of Jesus Christ (in the true Christian tradition - not as a member of a cult as alleged in ignorance and insult by Rana) she feels an enormous sense of compassion towards this evil person.
Nina's behaviour reminds me of the well-known evangelist Corrie ten Boom from my home country, The Netherlands. Corrie and her sister were prisoners in Ravensbruck concentration camp. So were my late mother and her sister, Rens and Antje Bochoven, who from the ages of 15 and 17 survived both Ravensbruck and Buchenwald. They were four women who practised forgiveness of the unforgivable.
However, Corrie's sister, who died in the extermination camp of Ravensbruck (like 80% of inmates) belongs to what must be a most select group of blessed humans. To Corrie's amazement, her sister prayed for a guard while that evil woman was beating a prisoner to death, when everyone else felt only hatred for their tormentors and murderers.
My daughter Nina is among such elect people and I admire her for the way she deals with Rana's continuous persecution.
I wholeheartedly admire people who grow into their humanity in such super-human ways, but I myself do not want to join them at this stage - first I want someone to stomp on Rana, something I consider urgently necessary. I am neither as good or as forgiving as they are.

I have added this slight digression as it highlights the different ways people handle the sometimes unbearable vicissitudes of life.
Ranjit Rana has chosen the low road of hatred and vindictiveness to all and sundry and people respond to him accordingly.
Rana either has very little insight into the consequences of his actions or refuses to take responsibility for them. He projects his obscene hatred onto everyone else. From his internet postings and his many writings to Nina and me, it clearly appears he is incapable of love of any kind for anyone at all including his own children. His extremely unpleasant character, formed in a disastrous family environment, has plagued him his whole life and prevented him from enjoying any form of success, peace or happiness.
Thankfully, that affidavit led me to look at this wonderful googlesite that Google.com has preserved for me - lovely, lovely people that they are. And guess what, at the very end there is this email below - which I had the good sense to send to Lisa Ziegler at the Supreme Court. Below, our little gnome outlines his "proven" strategy and how he expects to do some "horse-trading" with the Police.
I am hoping that common sense will prevail. And strangely, I have not yet been served with an affidavit. Am I to be given no notice of my required appearance in Court? Is it required? Does Ranjit Rana really think I would leave my daughter to tackle him all on her own?

Received by post today at 2 p.m. (Thursday 28 April, 2011). It seems to be another attempt at an affidavit alleging Justice Ackland did not treat him properly.
Justice Ackland was exceptionally kind to Rana and spoke in a caring and healing manner.

Apparently I am required to go to the Supreme Court. The "affidavit" prepared by Ranjit Rana only mentions his unhappiness with Justice Ackland, the judge who presided in the Magistrates Court on Thursday 28 April, 2011. Rana has problems of a semi-legal nature that in no way appear to have anything to do with either Nina or Darda Gregurev.
