How to remove cluster from the car? 

As I hear there are some removal tools. But as I read from somebody else on forum I also removed it with hands only. I started at the bottom and moved it left and right. Eventually it came out. 

How to disconnect electrical cables?

There are two white connectors in the back with gray handle witch is locked. So you have to push small plastic lock down to free gray handle.

So. Here it is. Take you time. We dont want to make things worse.

Wach the plates. They really like to fall out of cluster. We dont want to loose them. 

Both sides of plasic disconnected. Wash hands or use gloves.

Unlock six white lock pins to get more space to insert foam.

I even removed the lamp for easier access.

Watch not to destroy flat cable.

Cut redundant foam.

It is in.

If the indicators are not in the start position just move them back with hand. Before closing clean the dust and finger prints.

Mind the lock pin.

Take it back and hope for best. One down one to go. :)
