I am an economist at the World Bank's International Trade Department. I specialize in export competitiveness, the behavior of firms to changes in the trade environment, and trade policy. Currently, I am involved in a project to pilot a comprehensive analytical tool to allow countries to assess their level of export competitiveness in international markets. Prior to begin my graduate studies, I worked for the Colombian government and the Inter-American Development Bank, carrying out macroeconomic analyses in the Latin-American Region. This is a personal website. Any results or conclusions in the research presented here are my own and do not necessarily represent the views of the World Bank.
